Compensation

WHAT YOU WILL DO

WHAT YOU BRING
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
- Active bar membership in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- 2 to 7 years of experience in construction law, complex litigation, or business litigation
- Strong legal writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
- Prior experience working with insurance carriers or insured clients is strongly preferred

I. General Job Description
This position will be responsible for initiating and processing requests for repair services and providing administrative support to the Service Department.

Responsibilities
- Collect details on customer complaints and expectations.
- Perform vehicle walk around inspections and verify vehicle information.

- Advise customers on the care of their vehicles and the value of maintaining their vehicles in accordance with manufacturer's specifications.
- Write up customer's vehicle problems accurately and clearly in Decisiv, verify customer information, and obtain customer's signatures.
- Establish \"promised time\" based on shop workflow and communicate with foreman.
- Establish customer's method of payment and obtain credit approval, if necessary.
- Create repair order in the business system, create repair order file, and secure Decisiv with customer signatures in standardized repair order jacket.
- Check on progress of repair throughout the day. Contact customers regarding any changes in the estimate or promised time, explain cost and time requirements in detail, and get proper authorization before any additional repairs are performed.

Job Description
The Virtual Sales Representative (VSR) will be responsible for marketing and selling CARDAMYST via teleconference and/or telephone to targeted health care offices and providers, in close partnership with aligned field representatives. They will deliver impactful core selling messages and educational materials as part of their remote engagements, reinforcing in-person efforts and expanding overall reach. VSRs will need to be flexible regarding job responsibilities as they will include a variety of strategic tasks: amplifying call frequency with high-priority targets, triaging and qualifying targeted HCPs, supporting large geographic territories, and engaging aligned sales team micro-focus practitioners. The VSR will create positive, coordinated virtual selling interactions that drive awareness, adoption, and market growth for CARDAMYST. Responsibilities:
The Industrial/Maintenance Controls System Supervisor provides guidance and direction to a team of employees in the Maintenance Controls department. Makes strategic and sound decisions pertaining to industrial controls, department safety, and department efficiency for team. Monitors controls systems of the plant related to production processes and overall plant facilities, and develops plans to provide preventative modifications to maximize equipment uptime, plant efficiencies, product quality, safety, and cost control. - Associates Degree in Controls Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a similar maintenance subject area.
- Five years of industrial controls experience although applicable education may substitute experience.

Duties and Responsibilities: As a BPA, you will be part of our 60,000 workforce that strives to protect the American people by safeguarding our borders, deterring illicit activity, and enhancing the nation's economic prosperity.
Being a BPA makes you a valuable member of the Federal Law Enforcement Officer (LEO) profession.
Typical assignments include: Detecting and questioning people suspected of violating immigration and customs laws and inspecting documents and possessions to determine citizenship or violations.
Preventing and apprehending aliens and smugglers of aliens at or near the borders by maintaining surveillance from covert positions to include using infrared scopes during night operations.
Interpreting and following tracks, marks, and other physical evidence of illegal entry of persons or contraband.
Performing farm checks, building checks, traffic checks, city patrols, and transportation checks.

Qualifications: GL-9: You qualify for the GL-9 grade level if you possess one (1) year of specialized experience, equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, performing duties such as: Performing physical searches of detained individuals, their vehicles, and their immediate surroundings for weapons, contraband, currency, and other evidence.
Apprehending, physically restraining, or working with law enforcement officials to identify or apprehend violators of state, federal, or immigration laws.
Proficient in the use of firearms, preparing investigative reports, serving court orders (e.g., warrants, subpoenas, etc.), and gathering evidence for criminal cases prosecuted through the court system.
If you have previous or current law enforcement or military law enforcement experience, you may qualify at the GS-11 grade level.
GS-11: You qualify for the GS-11 grade level if you possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, with the authority granted by the state or government to enforce laws, make arrests, and investigate crimes, performing primary duties in an official law enforcement capacity such as: Utilizing intelligence information to track illegal operations, criminal activity, threats to our nation, and/or contraband while serving as a state, federal, or military law enforcement official.
Leading investigations of fraud, contraband, criminal activity, threats to our nation, and/or illegal operations to determine sources and patterns while serving as a state, federal, or military law enforcement official.
Apprehending violators of state, federal, or immigration laws by utilizing various forms of complex technology that include surveillance, detection, situation awareness systems, and/or communications equipment.
