Secret Management Design and maintain secret heartbeat, remote password changing (RPC), and check-outcheck-in workflows for service accounts, local admins, and root accounts.
Secure Remote Access (SRA) Have a good understanding of VPN-less remote access solutions (e.g., Delinea PRA) to provide secure, audited entry points for internal admins and third-party vendors.
Azure PIM General understanding of Azure PIM.
Endpoint Privilege Management Configure policies in Delinea Privilege Manager to enforce Least Privilege, allowing users to perform administrative tasks without having full local admin rights.
Hybrid Integration Ensure interoperability between Delinea (for on-prem) and Azure PIM (for Cloud Control Plane access), creating a unified identity security posture.
Integration Automation Integrate Delinea with Active Directory (ADAzure AD), SIEM (Sentinel), and Ticket Systems (ServiceNow) to automate lifecycle management.

About the Job:
- Lead reliability and maintainability initiatives across all production and utility equipment to improve uptime, safety, and product quality.
- Design, refine, and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs, including vibration analysis, infrared scans, lubrication standards, and oil analysis.
- Oversee failure analysis through RCA, 5 Whys, and FMEA, driving corrective actions that improve long-term equipment performance.
- Observe manufacturing processes daily and identify engineering opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain all reliability documentation including maintenance plans, procedures, equipment histories, BDAs, and change management records.

About You:

- Familiarity with core plant equipment and systems, including pumps, hydraulics, electrical systems, boilers, compressors, and chillers.

Pharmacist Overview: • Work in a dynamic and fast-paced long-term care pharmacy environment supporting healthcare facilities and patients • Ensure pharmacy management goals and operational objectives are maintained within the dispensing pharmacy • Provide comprehensive and accurate drug screening, information processing, and dispensing services for multiple drug distribution systems • Help ensure the appropriate drug products reach customers efficiently and safely • Collaborate with pharmacy technicians and other healthcare professionals to maintain quality and service standards • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, quality assurance, and excellent customer service • Support patient safety through accurate medication verification, regulatory compliance, and adherence to pharmacy best practices • Manage workflow priorities effectively while maintaining accuracy in prescription processing and dispensing Job Duties: • Ensure accurate entry of prescription orders into the pharmacy system • Maintain pharmacy security and controlled access to medications • Adhere to required medication delivery schedules • Verify orders entered by pharmacy technician staff for accuracy • Review new and refill prescription labels for completeness and precision • Check drug packaging and labeling for content accuracy • Prepare or supervise sterile IV drug products or solutions when required • Assist in maintaining perpetual inventory records for Schedule II medications • Ensure compliance with controlled drug regulations and applicable laws • Provide evening, weekend, holiday, and on-call coverage based on operational needs • Follow all applicable state and federal regulations, including patient privacy requirements.
