Job Summary
The Front Desk Manager is responsible for ensuring the operation of the Front Office and lobby market in an attentive, friendly, efficient and courteous manner, providing all guests with quality service prior to and throughout their stay, while maximizing room revenue and occupancy, and market sales.
Management-level associates are expected to work as much of each workday as is necessary to complete their job responsibilities; for OEM associates, overtime does apply and is calculated accordingly.

This position provides civil litigation and outreach to low-income migrant and seasonal agricultural farmworkers. The primary practice areas will include employment law, occupational safety and health law, and civil rights.
The farmworker attorney will assist in outreach to farmworker communities and camps and develop relationships with other organizations serving farmworkers. To successfully reach the target groups, the position requires some evening, weekend, and overnight work. Statewide travel is involved.
Responsibilities
- Under policies and procedures established by SCLS, attorneys provide a wide range of high-quality legal services, from advice and brief services to full representation, advocacy, legal outreach, and legal education to protect the rights and represent the interests of the low-income community.
- The areas of civil legal practice include, but are not limited to, community economic development, consumer, education, employment, family, federal income tax, housing, probate, public benefits, and migrant farmworkers.
- Ensures the delivery of high-quality legal representation, advocacy, and legal education to low-income individuals and families in accordance with SCLS priorities and procedures.
- Performs legal research, prepares memoranda, pleadings, discovery, motions, appeals, and interrogatories, and keeps the Managing Attorney advised of case statuses.
- Appears in State and Federal courts for motions, trials, arguments, hearings, rules to show cause, pre-trial conferences, status conferences, roster/docket sounding, and appeals. Fills in for other attorneys as needed.
- Identify/analyze systemic issues through individual and impact cases.
- Participates in advocacy, unit, program-wide, planning, and strategy meetings with partners and statewide advocates.
- Develop and maintain relationships with client groups and community-based service providers, working with them to identify community lawyering opportunities.

Qualifications
- Attorneys must possess and maintain a valid membership in the South Carolina Bar Association.

SCLS will pay the cost of continuing legal education (CLE) courses, the South Carolina Bar Dues, one County Bar Dues, and the CLE certification fees. Supervisory Responsibilities: This job has no direct supervisory responsibilities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilitiesinclude the following: Adheres to express lube guidelines.
Performs lube, oil and filter changes by draining and replacing oil and filter, and lubricating all joints, including idler arm steering knuckles, tie rods ends and ball joints.
Reports all necessary repairs to service advisor.
Installs completed LOF reminder sticker in vehicle.
Checks battery, tire air pressure, windshield fluid, transmission fluid and power steering fluid levels and refills as needed.
Checks coolant level and refills as necessary.
Ensures that vehicle is clean and free of fluid residue or fingerprints.
Checks fluid level prior to release of vehicle to ensure proper levels.
Maintains CSI at or above Company standards Maintains an organized, clean and safe work area Participates in required training Records all hours worked accurately in company timekeeping system Follows Safeguards rules and regulations.

Additional Job Description
Education: Graduation from an accredited school of radiologic technology.
Experience: 0 to 2 years of modality specific work experience, at least 1 year of X-Ray experience preferred.
Required Registration/Certification:
Must be registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) (R), required.
Must be registered with the American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologist (ARMRIT), if not registered must be obtained within 1 year in this position.
Licensure from the South Carolina Radiation Quality Standards Association is required.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) required, either a certification from an American Heart Association (AHA) BLS for Healthcare Providers (or AHA recognized equivalent) or an American Red Cross CPR/AED for Professional Rescuer and Healthcare Provider
