- $75,000 per year A bit about us: Our client has an immediate opening for an Accounts Payable Coordinator to join their Kansas City office.

Interested candidates should have 5+ years of accounts payable experience in a professional services industry with strong organizational and time management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

The incoming coordinator will play a key role in processing vendor invoices and employee reimbursements, managing weekly payment cycles, and ensuring accurate and timely financial operations while adjusting to the firm's continually growing needs.

Core responsibilities include reviewing and processing vendor invoices and employee reimbursement requests, researching and following up on vendor statements, assisting with weekly payment cycles to vendors and employees, responding to vendor and internal inquiries in a timely and professional manner, assisting with sales and use tax reviews, and supporting audit inquiries.
