As a Logistics Coordinator (Broker-in-Training), you will be immersed in learning the fundamentals of freight brokering from day one. This role is designed as a gateway to a successful career in logistics brokerage. Key Responsibilities- Coordinate Shipments: Assist in planning and executing freight shipments from pickup to delivery, ensuring timely pickups, transit updates, and on-time deliveries.
- Support Carrier Relations: Communicate daily with carriers (truck drivers and dispatchers) to secure capacity for shipments. Negotiate rates and book loads under the guidance of senior brokers to meet customer needs at competitive prices.

This role will provide comprehensive oversight of the agency's vehicle fleet to ensure safety, compliance, reliability, and costeffective operations. This position manages all aspects of fleet administration-including budgeting, maintenance, repairs, replacements, insurance, telematics, and regulatory compliance-across Kansas and Missouri. WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Budgetary oversight of cost centers related to vehicles, repairs/maintenance, and fuel as appropriate.

Purpose of the Job

- 2-5+ years experience in provisioning and project coordination, ideally within a supply chain or telecom environment
- Strong grasp of circuits or networking protocols, MPLS, SD-WAN, VPN, and related technologies
- Familiarity with supply chain software and infrastructure (SAP, Oracle SCM, WMS)
- Excellent organizational and vendor management skills
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments

Insight Global is seeking a WAN Provisioning Coordinator to drive the deployment and optimization of wide area network (WAN) infrastructure across our clients national logistics footprint. This role bridges telecom provisioning expertise with the client's dynamic supply chain operations, ensuring robust connectivity for mission-critical systems across warehouses, distribution centers, and transportation hubs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end provisioning of WAN circuits and telecom services across client's logistics network.
- Partner with telecom carriers to manage service orders, installations, and escalations.
- Support digital supply chain platforms (WMS, TMS, ERP) by ensuring high-availability network access.
- Coordinate network rollouts for new facility launches and infrastructure upgrades.
- Monitor WAN performance and implement proactive measures to maintain uptime and throughput.
- Maintain detailed documentation of provisioning workflows, vendor SLAs, and network assets.
- Collaborate with IT, operations, and engineering teams to align network capabilities with business needs.
- Organize and arrange for staff members to represent organization at meetings and conference
- Notes commitments made during meetings and arrangements for staff implementation
- Prepares reports including conclusions and recommendations for solution or operational administrative problems
- Research and compile reports to make recommendations based on findings
Compensation:
$25/hr to $35/hr.

We’re searching for a Remote Assistance Specialist who will play a crucial role in expanding the
remote operations team. This person will be responsible for safely monitoring and resolving trigger
requests from fleet vehicles across public roads and closed course testing sites.
- Respond to and resolve in a timely manner a variety of trigger requests from the autonomous vehicle
- Safely send remote commands to autonomous vehicles for on road and closed course testing
- Log real time feedback regarding autonomy and platform performance during testing, to be delivered to engineers
- Triage and review of remote assist workflows that are key to performance metrics and compliance
- Escalate operational blockers with suggested solutions
- Demonstrate positive impact by working on cross-functional projects as time permits
- Maintain up to date knowledge of how our self-driving technology works. Understand daily software and operational changes
- Work toward quantitative and qualitative goals that impact all of Vehicle Operations
- Interact with the public as an ambassador for the company
Required Qualifications:
- Ability to constantly focus on a laptop monitoring proprietary tooling to aid autonomous vehicle operations
