The Physical Therapist Assistant assists the Physical Therapist in the provision of physical therapy. The incumbent shall perform physical therapy procedures and related tasks that have been selected and delegated by the supervising Physical Therapist. The Physical Therapist Assistant may modify a specific treatment procedure in accordance with changes in patient status within the scope of the Physical Therapist's established treatment plan. The incumbent documents patient progress notes. The incumbent shall safety and effectively provide physical therapy procedures as directed by their supervising Physical Therapist. The incumbent shall address appropriately the age specific needs for all patients. The incumbent will treat patients and families with respect and dignity. Job Summary: The General Manager of Operations directs the development and implementation of activities in production area(s) to meet production goals, quality, and cost objectives. Prioritizes production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply. Plans and administers procedures and budgets. Makes budgetary recommendations and at higher levels, controls capital expenditures and direct/indirect labor. Develops schedules and manpower requirements for assigned areas.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Requirements:
- To ensure the health and safety in the workplace and for the protection of our employees’, wearing PPE is a possibility and includes equipment such as a full Tyvek suit, safety shoes, gloves, safety glasses, face mask, and a full hazmat suit that includes a respirator. Respirator fit test will be required based on functional area.

Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5-10+ years of Leadership experience in a high speed/high volume manufacturing (leading teams of 1800+)
- Prior experience as a Plant Manager/Operations Manager for a 24/7 operation in a large organization
- Previous experience in a high-performance culture working in a team environment with cross-functional groups
- Lean Six Sigma and/or continuous process improvement experience, experience with the HOSHIN scorecard process an added advantage.
- Must have a solid track record of Safety improvements through Behavior Based Safety, Hazard identification and Risk Assessments

As a Mylo Account Manager, you will help Mylo service business owners leverage Mylo’s innovative digital technology and deliver a superior end-to-end experience. The Account Manager provides the highest level of customer service in servicing, supporting, and coordinating Clients' accounts.
- Services accounts that are typically within a carrier Service Center
- Responds to Client’s inquiries, maintains documentation of communications, existing issues, and issues resolutions
- Ensures AMS360 and ImageRight are up to date
- Quotes using Agent Hub and carrier websites
- Reviews quotes, policies and endorsements and makes requests for changes as needed
- Gathers and compiles information for remarketing of existing account that need to be requoted.
- Inputs Client information into data management system, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Engages with Carrier Service Centers, Sales and Accounting Department as needed
- Performs other responsibilities and duties as needed
Requirements:
- 1 year of Property & Casualty Insurance experience is recommended
- Property & Casualty Insurance License required
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills required
- Ability to complete continuing education requirements as needed
- Ability to attend company, department, and team meetings as required, including industry training sessions via web meetings
- Ability to comply with all company policies and procedures, proactively protecting confidentiality of client and company information
