As a Logistics Coordinator (Broker-in-Training), you will be immersed in learning the fundamentals of freight brokering from day one. This role is designed as a gateway to a successful career in logistics brokerage. You’ll start by supporting our experienced brokers and operations team in coordinating shipments and solving transportation challenges. Through hands-on mentorship and a structured training program, you will gradually take on more responsibility with the goal of growing into a full-fledged Logistics Broker managing your own customer and carrier accounts over time. Key Responsibilities- Coordinate Shipments: Assist in planning and executing freight shipments from pickup to delivery, ensuring timely pickups, transit updates, and on-time deliveries.
- Support Carrier Relations: Communicate daily with carriers (truck drivers and dispatchers) to secure capacity for shipments. Negotiate rates and book loads under the guidance of senior brokers to meet customer needs at competitive prices.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to our clients by tracking shipments proactively and informing customers of any status updates or issues. Address problems or delays with creativity and urgency, ensuring our customers’ expectations are exceeded.
- Documentation & Administration: Handle the paperwork and data entry for shipments. This includes creating load confirmations, verifying carrier credentials, updating load status in our system, and reviewing carrier invoices for accuracy.
- Problem Solving: Jump in to resolve transportation challenges as they arise – whether it’s rerouting a shipment, finding last-minute capacity, or resolving delivery discrepancies. You’ll work with your team to develop creative solutions that keep freight moving and customers happy.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with your mentor and the broader team on daily operations and special projects. Contribute ideas to streamline processes, improve services, and drive innovation in line with our Logistics Innovation value.
- Broker Development: Take advantage of every learning opportunity. Over time, build the skills and knowledge (pricing, market trends, relationship-building) needed to transition into managing your own clients and carriers as a Logistics Broker.
- Education & Experience: High school diploma or GED required. A bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field is a plus (but not required). Entry-level candidates are welcome – if you have internship or work experience in logistics, transportation, or customer service, that’s a bonus.

We are seeking a Fleet Coordinator to join our team.
Starting Salary: $21 - $24 (Hourly)
This role will provide comprehensive oversight of the agency's vehicle fleet to ensure safety, compliance, reliability, and costeffective operations. This position manages all aspects of fleet administration-including budgeting, maintenance, repairs, replacements, insurance, telematics, and regulatory compliance-across Kansas and Missouri. The role develops and maintains policies and procedures, ensures adherence to Council on Accreditation standards, and collaborates with internal teams and external partners to support safe, efficient, and wellmaintained transportation resources for the agency.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Budgetary oversight of cost centers related to vehicles, repairs/maintenance, and fuel as appropriate.
- Maintain policies and standard operating procedures.
- Ensure applicable Council on Accreditation standards are met.
- Arrange for and ensure routine maintenance on all vehicles.
- Arrange for repairs and body work on all vehicles as needed.
- Manage fleets in Kansas and Missouri to determine when vehicles need to be replaced according to their age, mileage, or condition, making budgetary recommendations.
- Maintain the Enterprise lease in Kansas, working with the team to determine appropriate vehicles, coordinate vehicle swaps, liaise with Enterprise, and manage all lease logistics.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING:
Our ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in fleet management, transportation coordination, automotive services, or related field and the following:

As the Warehouse and Distribution Manager, you will report to the Plant Manager and will have Supervisors reporting to you. Daily you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Logistics & Compliance: Oversee accurate, on-time shipping/receiving and ensure strict adherence to customs and tariff regulations.

Role Overview
The Warehouse Manager, Kansas City leads day-to-day operations at Foxx's KC facility to ensure efficient, accurate, and cost-effective fulfillment of customer orders. This role oversees receiving, storage, inventory control, order picking/packing, shipping, returns, and assembly activities while maintaining strong service levels and driving continuous improvement.
The Warehouse Manager is accountable for safety, productivity, inventory accuracy, and picking, packing, and shipping execution discipline across the KC warehouse team.
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations & Fulfillment
- Lead daily warehouse execution: receiving, put-away, replenishment, picking, packing, shipping, returns, and assembly
- Ensure high order accuracy, on-time shipping, and consistent workflow throughout the facility
- Maintain clean, organized, and efficient warehouse layout (slotting, staging, flow paths, and storage strategy)
Inventory Control & Working Capital
- Own inventory accuracy through cycle counting, location control, and transaction discipline
- Reduce inventory variance, shrink, and aged inventory through tight process control and root-cause problem solving
- Partner with Procurement and Sales to support forecasting inputs, expedite priorities, and resolve shortages
Logistics & Cost Control
- Coordinate outbound shipping execution and carrier scheduling to support speed and cost targets
- Improve freight recovery, packaging standards, and shipment quality to reduce damage and rework
- Drive cost discipline across labor utilization, overtime, supplies, and warehouse overhead
Process, Systems & Continuous Improvement
- Establish and track KPIs for service, productivity, and inventory performance; use data to drive daily/weekly accountability
Team Leadership & Safety
- Lead, coach, and develop the KC warehouse team
- Set clear expectations, training standards, and performance accountability
- Maintain a strong safety culture, ensure compliance, and drive continuous improvement in workplace safety
Success Metrics
- Improved order accuracy and reduced credits/returns due to warehouse errors
- Increased on-time ship performance and faster cycle time from order release to ship
- Higher labor productivity and improved overtime control
- Improved inventory accuracy (cycle count results, reduced adjustments, fewer stockouts)
- Reduced freight cost and damage/rework as a percentage of revenue
Qualifications
- 5+ years of warehouse leadership experience in distribution and/or light assembly environments
- Hands-on experience improving inventory accuracy, fulfillment performance, and productivity
- Strong understanding of warehouse systems/ERP and operational KPIs
- Solid analytical and financial discipline
- Proven ability to lead teams, enforce process discipline, and build a culture of ownership and safety

Job Summary:
- We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Operator 1 to support warehouse operations in Lenexa, KS. This role involves handling the receipt, storage, retrieval, and shipment of raw and finished materials while ensuring accuracy, safety, and compliance with company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process receiving, put-away, storage, and retrieval of materials
- Perform order picking, packing, and shipping to internal and external customers
- Conduct cycle counting and maintain inventory accuracy
- Operate a forklift (10–15% of duties)
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and follow housekeeping standards
- Support daily operations and special projects as assigned by leadership
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent

- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs regularly and perform repetitive lifting
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification
