We are seeking an Independent Living Adult Guardianship Specialist to join our team.
Salary Range: $49,000 - $52,000
Bonus: $1,000 Sign-on bonus will be paid on your first paycheck
This role will coordinate and facilitate activities with the youth, the youth's positive adult connections, and child welfare professionals. As well as demonstrate creative service delivery, strong time management skills, and excellent decision-making ability. The IL Specialist provides support and guidance to assess life skills for youth age 14 and older to help them transition to adulthood and remain living independently and safely in their communities.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Carries a caseload of 10 - 12 youth who have been referred under the Foster Care Case Management Contract utilizing Signs of Safety (SOS) and completes all case holding responsibilities, including case plans, court reports, monthly worker parent/worker/child visits and follow up for any youth needs.
- Maintain minimum monthly contact with youth through in-person visits at youth's placement provider.
- Maintain familiarity with and adherence to DCF policies and procedures as well as Cornerstones of Care guidelines, waiver services, and SSI best practices.
- Continually analyze and assess each youth's situation on an individual basis, using advanced knowledge in the area of child welfare to develop recommendations regarding support services and resources that each child and family may need, such as educational plans, medical, psychiatric and psychological assessments, therapy, independent living skills, etc.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING:
Our ideal candidate will have the following:
PREFERRED
- Master's degree in social work or other human service-related field, with 2 years of work experience in the Child Welfare arena and 6 months of experience with Kansas case management.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in social work or other human service-related field, preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in the Child Welfare arena and 1 year of Kansas case management experience is required.
- High School diploma with at least 2 years' experience.
- At least 21 years of age and pass background check, physical, and drug screening.
- A valid driver's license, proof of current vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.

We are seeking a Manager of Kinship Family Advocate to join our team.
Starting Salary: $ 56,000 Annually

This role is responsible for the supervision of the Kinship Family Advocates. The Manager of Kinship Family Advocates ensures service compliance with contract/licensing/funding body/accreditation requirements. The Kinship Advocate Team is responsible for engaging relatives who have taken their relative children into their homes. This role reports to the Senior Manager of Kinship and Adoption.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Supervise a team of Kinship Family Advocates.
- Provide back-up supervision to team members (as needed) in the absence of other team supervisors as assigned by the Senior Manager of Kinship and Adoption.
- Review, approve, and sign outgoing documents generated by the Kinship Family Advocates such as home studies, etc.
- Monitor the team's documentation, completion of forms, and outcomes.
- Attend court hearings, BIS staffing's, etc., with team members as needed.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING:
Our ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of relevant work experience in child and family services and the following:
- Bachelor's degree in social work or other human services related field, required.
- Licensed by the BSRB to process in Kansas, (LBSW, LMSW, LSCSW, Professional Counselor, LMFT, and/or Alcohol and Drug Counselor).
- Master's degree in social work or other human services related field, preferred.

We are seeking an Administrative Specialist (Client File Management) to join our team.
Hourly Range: $16.50 - $18.50
This role is responsible for uploading documents, managing/auditing and entering data into the electronic management systems associated with Cornerstones of Care and the Kansas Department for Children and Families (DCF). This role requires strict standards of confidentiality, excellent communication, and customer service skills to manage a wide range of sensitive records and documents from diverse sources and stakeholders. As a member of the KS Foster Care team, you will work with other team members and report to our Administrative Manager.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Completes data entry and uploading of designated items into Department of Children & Families (DCF) and Cornerstones of Care electronic client management systems (i.e., Care Match & Avatar).
- Organizes and maintains youth files including client records, in accordance with agency/program standards, Department of Children & Families requirements, and other governing directives.
- Duties could include maintaining court calendar & court documents, tracking the acquisition of various records, and ensuring client files correctly contain all necessary documentation.
- Perform periodic client file audits according to both external and internal expectations laid out by Cornerstones of Care and the Department of Children and Families.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING:
Our ideal candidate will have 2 years of administrative, clerical, and/or quality assurance experience, in addition to familiarity with electronic medical record maintenance, and the following:
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in related field, preferred.

Oak Street Health's graduate Behavioral Health Specialist Fellowship is a 12-month paid training program that provides all the necessary skills, support, and learning required to become a highly confident and competent clinician for older adults.
Role Description:
Oak Street Health's graduate Behavioral Health Specialist Fellowship is a 12-month paid training program in the revolutionary collaborative care model in a value-based setting, which rewards healthcare companies for the quality of their care not the quantity.
This program will include time spent building your knowledge of evidence-based interventions and psychotropic medications, earning clinical supervision hours from a licensed clinical social worker, and engaging in didactic content that aims to build on, not repeat, graduate training. All fellows will work at Oak Street for 24 months following the completion of this program, but we hope will continue to spend their careers at Oak Street improving the health of communities across the country.
What are we looking for?
Required:
Genuine passion for behavioral health (done well, the practice of short-term solution focused therapy should be fun).

Admission Requirements
Family, Adult or Adult-Gerontology Social Worker who have already graduated or will graduate from their training program.
Willing to work in the assigned location for the program duration.
Minimum GPA of 3.0 in MSW program.
Currently holds or will hold by the fellowship start date, an active, non-probationary state lower level social work license in the state they will be working in.
Selection Timeline
First-round interviews will be conducted as applications are received.
Second and third-round interviews will be virtual or in person (based on applicant preference) as individuals are moved forward from the first-round.
Final decisions will be delivered as they are made.

The typical pay range for this role is:
$43,888.00 - $101,228.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. • The SLP is integrated into the Otolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery (OTO-HNS) clinic and has a hands-on role in the clinical and instrumental evaluation of patients.
The SLP frequently works in tandem with fellowship-trained Laryngologist and Head & Neck Oncologic Surgeons.
• The SLP engages in collaborative and longitudinal care of patients with voice/swallow/airway disorders, providing comprehensive therapy while promoting best-practices in patient care.
• The SLP plays a role in advancing the field of speech language pathology through teaching (graduate students from the KU SLP program and OTO-HNS residents) and opportunities to participate in clinical research Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions Evaluate and treat patients referred to laryngology services for voice/swallow/airway concerns.

Obtaining a detailed case history.

Obtaining objective measures and psychoacoustic judgments of phonatory ability.c.

Provide pre- and post-treatment swallowing evaluation for patients undergoing surgical or medical treatment (chemoradiation) of head and neck cancer.b.
Provide post-treatment dysphagia therapy for patients requiring rehabilitation after treatment for head and neck cancer.c.
Provide pre-operative education and counseling for patients undergoing laryngectomy and establish a plan of care for post-operative alaryngeal speech restoration, to include use of electrolarynx, esophageal speech and tracheoesophageal prosthesis (TEP).d.
Evaluate, manage and replace TEP voice prostheses Advocate for patients undergoing treatment for rehabilitation of voice/swallow/airway disorders and interact on the patient's behalf with physicians, nurses, employers, etca.
Interpret evaluation results for patients, their families and medical staff and make appropriate recommendations for management and treatment.b.

This role will provide comprehensive oversight of the agency's vehicle fleet to ensure safety, compliance, reliability, and costeffective operations. This position manages all aspects of fleet administration-including budgeting, maintenance, repairs, replacements, insurance, telematics, and regulatory compliance-across Kansas and Missouri. The role develops and maintains policies and procedures, ensures adherence to Council on Accreditation standards, and collaborates with internal teams and external partners to support safe, efficient, and wellmaintained transportation resources for the agency.
