Job Details:
Responsible for all aspects of case management and presenting cases at trial and arbitration.
An experienced attorney with in-depth knowledge of medicine, law and issues related to medical malpractice litigation with the skill to develop effective case strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Work with the trial attorney and actively participates in: Formulating discovery and investigation strategy
- Obtaining concurrence with Claims Specialist on defense preparation

Responsibilities Include:
Contract Review & Negotiation
- Review of government contracts.

Job Description
A Senior Trial Attorney assists the Partner in managing multiple cases. This role will help prepare litigation reports and risk assessments, draft legal documents, and make court appearances on our clients' behalf. The role focus areas are Strategy, Motions, Trial Preparation, Low-level Depositions, Low-level Trials & Mediations, and Research.
Duties Include:
- Assist in providing case evaluation, legal support, and guidance.
- Develop case strategy and find plausible solutions to legal matters.

Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS).

- 3+ years of laboratory experience, including experience with audits, compliance systems, and regulatory submissions.
- Strong knowledge of key regulations and standards: FDA QSR (21 CFR Part 820/211), ISO 13485/9001, EU MDR/IVDR, GMP, ICH guidelines, etc.
- Working knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks
- Professional certification is a plus (i.e, Regulatory Affairs Certification – RAC, ASQ Certified Quality Auditor – CQA).
- CLS Generalist or CGMBS license preferred
- Proven knowledge of quality assurance terminology, software, methods, and tools.
- Previous experience with Laboratory Information Management Systems is preferred.
- Proficient in QMS software (i.e. MediaLab, TrackWise, MasterControl or similar)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Experience in compliance and/or regulatory and knowledge of laboratory standards and regulations
