• This position will work with a busy Family Medicine physician and will also work with other MAs and providers as well in a great workplace culture.

• This MA position will support a busy physician and also will support nurse visits, in-basket tasks, and float to other providers in the clinic when needed.

• In addition to primary MA duties, you will administer immunizations, complete child well visits, and assist with minor procedures.

• You will also perform phlebotomy, POC testing, UAs, ear lavages, and also complete tasks and orders in the task inbox. ​

• An Ideal candidate has strong customer service skills, solid follow through, and has strong critical thinking skills.

• 36 hours per week, 4 - 9-hour days.

• This position will work either Tuesdays - Fridays (Mondays off).

The Joint Preservation and Reconstruction Orthopedics clinic is now hiring for a passionate and personable part-time Medical Assistant to work at their clinic located near the Boise Regional Medical Center.

The new Caldwell Health Plaza Family Medicine clinic is now hiring for a personable and efficient Medical Assistant!

• This position will support 2 Family Medicine providers as a second MA position, and will also work with other MAs and providers as well in a care team environment.

• The Caldwell Health Plaza, opened early November 2025, is a 54,000 square feet facility home to a variety of clinics including: family medicine, pediatrics, urgent care, occupational medicine, and specialty services such as OB-GYN, cardiology, general surgery, ENT (ears, nose, and throat), orthopedics/sports medicine, and podiatry.

• In addition to primary MA duties, you will also perform phlebotomy, administer immunizations, and prep injections.

• You will assist with minor procedures, complete POC and other tests, and also complete tasks and orders in the task inbox. ​

• An ideal candidate will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, is adaptable and dependable.

• You also like working in a strong team environment, have effective communication skills, and have solid critical thinking skills.

• 40 hours per week, 5- 8 hour shifts during the work week Mondays - Fridays, day shift.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required at hire.

• MA certification required within 90 days of hire from one of the following Saint Alphonsus approved agencies:

  • National Center for Competency Testing (NCMA)

  • National Association of Health Professionals (NRCMA)

The Star Family Medicine Clinic is looking for a personable and experienced full-time Medical Assistantfor our providers located in the wonderful City of Star!

Performs procedures on patients of all ages, according to approved protocols, radiation safety, and established exam indicators.
