DescriptionPosition Overview: As a Telephone Sales Representative (TSR), you will be responsible for making outbound fundraising calls to potential donors, engaging in conversations, and soliciting pledges for client projects. FLS is a performance-driven environment with daily goals for each project. This is a work-from-home position that requires a quiet, distraction-free workspace and the use of your computer, USB headset, web camera, and wired internet connection (no Wi-Fi).

- Utilize fundraising call structure, appropriate political reasons, and transition phrases as required.

- Meet and maintain project goals and efficiency metrics.
- Occupancy ratio of 85%. (Occupancy = Logged Hours / Payroll Hours.)
- 95% on-time (start of shift and back from breaks and lunch).

- Sitting or Standing: Telephone fundraisers typically work on computers with headsets attached, where they are seated for most of their shifts. However, some employees may invest in standing workstations where they would be allowed limited movement during calls.
- Manual Dexterity: Basic computer skills are often required for data entry and managing donor information. Telephone fundraisers should be comfortable using a computer, typing quickly, and navigating various software or database systems.
- Hearing and Listening Abilities: Good hearing and active listening skills are critical for telephone fundraisers to understand donor responses, detect nuances in conversations, and respond appropriately.
- Vision Abilities: The primary duty of this position is to read and comprehend scripts displayed on a computer monitor without difficulty. Strong reading comprehension and the ability to quickly process and understand written material displayed on a computer monitor.

Role Description
We are seeking a full-time 3rd Party Marketplace Manager to join our team on-site in Grimes, IA. This role involves managing and optimizing listings on various third-party marketplaces, ensuring accurate product information and competitive pricing. You will analyze market trends, oversee inventory levels, and implement strategies to drive sales growth on 3rd party marketplaces such as Gunbroker, Ebay, Amazon, and more. The role includes responding to customer inquiries, handling marketplace performance metrics, monitoring and abiding by MAP polices, and coordinating with internal teams to maintain successful operations. Communicating and running advertising on 3rd party marketplaces, and Ensuring compliance with marketplace policies and providing insights for process improvements are also key responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Experience managing and optimizing listings on third-party marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, or similar platforms.
- Analytical skills to evaluate market trends, monitor sales performance, and adjust strategies for growth.

Licensed Clinician- IOP/ Inpatient Behavioral Health
Horizon Health is seeking a Licensed Clinician to join our team at Unity Point Health- Finley Hospital in Dubuque, IA.
Responsibilities:
- Complete psychosocial assessment, Plan of Action, and Plan of Action updates within established timeframe.
- Develops and implements program plans for patient care during treatment and release from the program
- Collaborate with psychiatrist directing the group to ensure quality continuation of care and schedule weekly medication management
- Responsible for managing social services provided to patients and their families
- Maintains compliance with state and federal confidentiality laws as well as upholding Horizon’s confidentiality policies and procedures
- Conducts individual, family, and group sessions in accordance with state/regulatory standards, displays sufficient theoretical knowledge of psychopathology and effective treatment techniques
- Submits timely and accurate CQI+ outcome data on a weekly basis
- Attends Unit and Hospital meetings as directed
- Participates as an active member of the Referral Development Team
- Other duties as assigned
Supervisory Responsibility
The Social Services Coordinator may fulfill the role of supervisor for the program in the absence of the Program Director and/or during weekend shifts
