Required or Preferred Experience:
- Minimum of three years restaurant or retail experience, or combined experience and education.
- Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
- Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
- Required when needed, the ability to work early morning, evenings, late night, weekends, and some holidays. Schedule demands may change.

Position Overview

Customer Experience & Relationship Building:

- Research and resolve routine issues such as transaction discrepancies, fee questions, and debitcard concerns within authority.
- Escalate more complex servicing matters to Personal Bankers or leadership.
Operational Excellence, Risk & Compliance:
- Adhere to operational standards, security practices, and regulatory requirements including BSA/AML, KYC, OFAC, Reg CC, and Reg E.
- Protect customer data, ensure confidentiality, and follow documentation procedures.
- Maintain auditready accuracy in all teller work and branch support tasks.
Team Collaboration & Community Engagement:
- Participate in daily huddles and collaborate with team members to meet branch goals.
- Support community outreach efforts and represent Nicolet in local engagement activities.
- Assist with branch operations needs such as supplies, scheduling coverage, or special projects.

Job Summary
American National Bank is looking for a new Teller to serve the needs of existing and prospective clients. We are seeking an individual who provides top customer service, possesses previous cash handling experience, and places a high level of importance on confidentiality.
Schedule: Part time: 28 hours per week. Monday-Friday, 12:00pm-5:45pm, Rotating Saturdays 8:15am-12:15pm.
Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Consistently provides high quality client service while effectively processing transactions and supporting sales.
- Records all transactions, prepares daily settlements of teller cash, and proofs transactions according to branch procedures.
- Processes transactions for various bank products and services including the following: deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cashier checks, money orders, and credit card cash advances.
- Performs clerical duties such as answering calls, processing incoming mail and deliveries, filing, and typing.
Experience and Education
- Four to six month's teller experience, or equivalent client service and/or cash handling experience.
- Previous sales experience, preferred.
- In pursuit of high school diploma or its equivalent is required.

Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of construction equipment or previous experience is required.
- Able to operate various types of earthmoving machines when needed for customers or move around in the yard.
- Forklift experience is required.
- Must be well organized and provide excellent customer service.
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
- Able to work with minimal supervision and complete duties in a safe, fast-paced manner.
- Ability to work overtime and some weekends when needed.
- Excellent communication skills (written, e-mail, and verbal) are necessary.

Overview
The purpose of this position is to support the Davenport Heavy Construction Service Department Staff with day-to-day activity to maintain an efficient work process. The position is also critical in supporting customers' needs within the service department and store level.
Basic Duties
- Review expense books, credit card receipts, training expenses, benefit expenses, accident forms and follow-up, and completes these forms for service manager approval.
- Assists field and shop supervisors with job schedules, job openings, proper tax codes, repair progress, job review, work order notes, service report review, and invoicing.
- Also assists with work-in-progress review, credit returns, Reman cores, expense issues relating to daily activity in Service Office.
- Obtains backup material for warranty and policy reference material, as well as flat rates, standard jobs, and CSA pricing and scheduling.
- Perform back-up duties for service department phones, payroll review and entry, work order entry, and service office organization & appearance.
- Provide admin support to service staff as needed.
- An additional role would include lube truck technician dispatching.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an executive assistant or previous accounting/payroll experience required.
- Ability to read/ interpret documents such as service literature and procedure manuals.
- Knowledge of how to write and complete routine reports and correspondence forms.
- Must be able to handle general math to calculate figures and amounts, basic statistical reports and knowledge of how to draw and interpret bar graphs.
- Computer literate and proficient with programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and Outlook required.
- Ability to handle and problem solve service issues that might occur in a professional manner.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and customer service skills are needed creative
- Must be team oriented and willing to adapt to change.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed.
