Key Responsibilities:
- Under your manager’s limited guidance, you will design, recommend, document and execute consumer credit underwriting and pricing strategies via extracting and analyzing requisite historical customer performance data from multiple disparate systems.
- Utilize data query tools (i.e., R, SAS, SQL, MATLAB, Python) and decision tree analytical software to develop, test and execute new strategies.
- Leverage traditional regression model and machine learning algorithm to understand the key drivers and estimate customer behaviors by different strategy treatment
- Drive profitable business growth via developing strategy optimization framework with full credit-cycle view
- Implement Quality Control processes to ensure data accuracy.
- Continually enhance existing processes and reporting through automation, quality control, presentation and insights.
- Effectively summarize and present results and insights to management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree (Graduate Preferred) in a quantitative discipline, such as Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Business Management or Computer Science is preferred.

Primary Function:
The primary function of the Willow Inpatient Pharmacist is to support the design, build, configuration, testing, implementation, and optimization of the Epic Willow Inpatient Pharmacy module. This role focuses on supporting pharmacy workflows to enhance medication management, patient safety, and operational efficiency. The Pharmacist will work on workflow analysis, customizing the module to meet clinical and operational requirements, and providing training and support to end-users. The Pharmacist will also be responsible for troubleshooting issues, creating detailed documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation and configuration of the Epic Willow Inpatient Pharmacy module, ensuring it meets the specific needs of clinical departments.
- Conduct detailed workflow analysis to understand current processes and identify areas for improvement using the Epic system.
- Customize the Epic Willow Inpatient Pharmacy module to align with the clinical and operational requirements.

Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Pharmacy required.
- 2-3 years of experience working with Epic systems or similar EHR platform required.
- Licensed pharmacist in the state of Delaware required
- Epic Willow Inpatient Certification preferred; if not certified, must become Epic certified within 3 weeks of completing the mandatory Epic training sessions

ChristianaCare Hospital in Newark DE is looking for an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for our 5B Medical Telemetry Unit. The RN will be responsible for providing direct patient care, administering medications, collaborating with healthcare team members, evaluating patient conditions, and ensuring patient safety and well-being.
Unit
5B is a 40-bed medical unit with semi-private rooms & private rooms. The Medical Telemetry Unit provides scheduled and emergent care/procedures on a 24-hour basis. The area is to accommodate patients who need inpatient care for a variety of treatments, diagnoses/testing including, but not limited to COPD exacerbation, pneumonia, ETOH withdrawal, opioid withdrawal, nausea/vomiting/abdominal pain, altered mental status, osteomyelitis, back pain, diabetes management, and cellulitis.
The patient population cared for includes adult and geriatric patients. The conditions of patients cared for in this area can be described as fair and serious. The patients are received/transferred/admitted from home, the emergency department, and physician’s offices as well as from other units within the hospital setting.

Position Overview:The purpose of this position is to perform the primary functions of a nurse in assessing, planning, directing, and evaluating patient care in the Emergency Room.
Essential Job Functions:- Plan, prioritize, and provide proficient, age-specific and developmentally/specialty appropriate nursing care by applying advanced specialty clinical nursing knowledge and skills and for ensuring the comfort and safety of patients/families
- Proficiently and consistently complete accurate, concise and legible documentation on medical records
- Observe and record signs, symptoms and behaviors including the physiological status of patients
- Presents proposed revision of interventions and desired outcomes
- Maintain patient's privacy and confidentiality of information and records at all times
- Follow physician’s orders in the delivery of nursing care
- Collect laboratory samples and perform lab testing in accordance with established policies and procedures, as well as COLA and CLIA regulations
- Adhere to required infection control, isolation procedures and aseptic techniques in the delivery of patient care
- Perform admission, discharge and transfer procedures
- Participate in assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating the nursing care given
- Assemble equipment and supply for various diagnostic or treatment procedures in the specialty service area; performs or assists others with procedures or treatments. Handle care in accordance with legal, hospital/facility, departmental policies and procedures, and established standards of nursing care and practice, as defined by the Board of Nursing of that State
- Perform all Quality Assessment activities assigned and document
- Attend staff meetings or other company sponsored or mandated meetings as required
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- Associate’s Degree, required; BSN, preferred
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse without sanctions, required
- 2+ years full-time RN experience in ER or other comparable experience, required
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications from the American Heart Association, required; ENPC certification from ENA may be substituted for PALS certification; TNCC preferred
- Position requires fluency in English; written and oral communication
- Pennsylvania Candidates: Act 33 (Child Abuse History Clearance), & Act 73 (FBI Fingerprint Criminal History Clearance) completed within the last 5 years, or must be obtained prior to start date.

- 2+ years full-time RN experience in Telemetry/ICU, or 2+ years combination experience in related healthcare positions, required
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross, required; PALS strongly preferred (ENPC certification from ENA may be substituted for PALS certification)
- Position requires fluency in English; written and oral communication
