Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Paralegal role in Miami, Florida. The successful candidate will provide essential paralegal support for cases primarily in the areas of general litigation, corporate construction litigation, real estate, estate planning, and probate. This role is crucial in managing case files and providing support to the firm’s attorneys to ensure the smooth operation of all legal processes. The Paralegal will be responsible for performing various day-to-day tasks including legal document preparation, communication with clients, conducting research, and document review.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organize case files and documents related to litigation, corporate construction, real estate, estate planning, and probate matters.
- Prepare, draft, and file a variety of legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and transactional documents.
- Prepare demand letters and other pre-suit communications.
- Conduct legal research and factual investigation to support case development.

- Assist in trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and witness files.

Required:
