This is a foundational hire. You own the infrastructure that a pharmacy robot fleet runs on — and you set the standard for how infrastructure is built. Engineers write application code; you make sure it deploys reliably, scales correctly, stays secure, and is observable in production.

You don't write dispense logic. You own the platform it runs on: Terraform, CI/CD, deployment automation, security scanning, observability, certificate management, and the production environment that must pass a mandated penetration test. You write code to solve infrastructure problems, not just configure tools.

Job Purpose:

The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for dealing with projects and driving product improvements through the facility via data analysis, root causing – solutions development to assure non-fault launch/introduction in a production environment.

Nature of Duties/Responsibilities:

• Support validation of manufacturing bill of materials (BOM) for one or multiple lines.
• Lead and conduct product trial Preparation: Ensure part availability, line readiness, and pre-requisite data obtained and consolidated for new products or sustainability of existing product changes.
• Provide feedback to technical project/program manager and cross-functional team members on issues, yield impact, or manufacturability associated with a trial run.
• Complete Trial Report: Document observations, analysis, and results.
• Ensure manufacturing lines are validated and/or restored to prior condition post-trial(s) by evaluating the success of each trial (yield, downtime, cost, safety, etc.).
• Apply proven manufacturing practices to new products and existing products to refine, develop, and launch products.
• Develop and prove manufacturing and test processes during product development and launch.
• Hands-on in creating assembly and test procedures for existing and new designs for production transfer and launch.
• Organize and supervise process verification builds, using proven statistical methods.
• Help plan for capacity and throughput in a high mix low to medium volume environment.

• Salary Range(annual): $75,000 - $98,000. Job Purpose- The Production Manager is responsible for the direct management of all manufacturing and production activities for complex fabricated sheet metal, tubular frames, final assembly & test of a variety technical components & products. This role focuses on optimizing shop floor processes, ensuring product quality, meeting production schedules, and maintaining a safe working environment, directly supporting the strategic goals set by the Plant Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Production & Efficiency Management

• Oversee the daily execution of production schedules across multiple departments (e.g., sheet metal fabrication, welding, powder coat painting, final assembly, testing) to ensure on-time delivery (OTD) targets are met.
• Drive the implementation and application of Lean Manufacturing principles and Continuous Improvement initiatives (e.g., 5S, Standard Work, Waste Reduction) to enhance operational efficiency and reduce manufacturing cycle time.
• Monitor key operational metrics, including Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), scrap rate, and labor utilization, taking corrective action as necessary.

Quality and Safety

Team and Resource Management

• Directly supervise Production Supervisors, leading, mentoring, and developing the manufacturing workforce.
• Manage labor planning, scheduling, and capacity requirements to match demand fluctuations.
• Collaborate with Materials Planning, Purchasing and Logistics teams to optimize inventory levels and ensure the timely flow of components to the production line.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, or a related technical field.

Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 3 years in a management or senior supervisory role overseeing production operations.

Industry Knowledge: Hands-on experience in the heavy electrical equipment or similar industrial manufacturing sector is highly preferred as is familiarity with processes for MV products (e.g. electrical assembly, insulation processes).

Technical Skills:

• Proven expertise in Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement methodologies.

Job Description: High-Throughput Screening Research Associate II, III (Biodesigner II, III)

Responsibilities:

• Perform massively parallel reporter assays and high-throughput screens across diverse cellular contexts using cellular and molecular readouts.

Senior Andrologist (California CLS Required) – Fertility Clinic

Job Summary

The Senior Andrologist is responsible for performing and overseeing advanced andrology and reproductive laboratory procedures within a fertility clinic setting. This role supports male fertility evaluation, endocrine testing, and assisted reproductive technologies (ART) by performing semen analyses, sperm preparation, and hormone testing while ensuring compliance with California laboratory regulations.
