We are currently seeking a dynamic and dedicated Consulting Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (MSW) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate is someone who is compassionate, driven, and has a strong desire to improve the lives of those with disabilities or impairments. This position offers an exciting opportunity to provide guidance and counseling to individuals who are recovering from physical, mental, emotional, or substance abuse problems.
Responsibilities:
As a Consulting Certified Rehabilitation Counselor, your responsibilities will include:
1. Conducting comprehensive assessments of clients’ needs, abilities, and interests to develop individualized rehabilitation plans.
2. Providing counseling services to clients, both individually and in group settings, to help them cope with their disabilities or impairments.
3. Collaborating with healthcare professionals, families, and community resources to ensure the successful implementation of rehabilitation plans.
4. Evaluating clients’ progress and adjusting rehabilitation plans as necessary.

Qualifications:
To be considered for the Consulting Certified Rehabilitation Counselor position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:
1. Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) or related field from an accredited institution.
2. Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) credential, or ability to obtain within the first year of employment.
3. Minimum of 3 years of experience in rehabilitation counseling, preferably in a healthcare setting.
4. At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role, with a proven track record of leadership and team management.
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, families, and team members.
6. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions in high-stress situations.
7. Knowledge of current laws, regulations, and best practices in rehabilitation counseling.
