- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper storage of all warehouse and storage areas, including equipment, shelving, and workspaces.
- Clean, inspect, and properly store buffets and service equipment after each event.
- Maintain inventory of linens, disposables, condiments, dry food stock, and service supplies, ensuring items are clean, in good condition, and stored correctly.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking or repair needs to leadership.
- Follow maintenance schedules and cleanliness standards for all banquet storage and function spaces.
- Support food and beverage operations as needed while prioritizing warehouse organization and upkeep.

Delaware North Sportservice is hiring seasonal Beverage Supervisors to join our team at American Family Field in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
Pay
$15.00 - $18.00 / hour

What will you do?
- Oversee beverage rooms.
- Ensure that all company policies are followed.
- Pull orders following order confirmations as well as game day orders
- End of event duties including inventory, stocking, and cleaning
- Stocking and maintaining product inventories
- Performs other duties as assigned by management.
More about you
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a supervisory position is preferred but not required
- Previous experience in bartending preferred.
- Knowledge of bartending techniques, recipes, sanitation, and safety issues.
- Basic math skills; ability to accurately account for cash and inventory.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to obtain a City of Milwaukee Bartending License
- At least 18 years old
Physical requirements
- Frequent walking, throughout the entire facility, for the entire length of the shift.
- Constant standing, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions.
- Able to perform normal lifting of stock up to 50 pounds.
