Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all stages of the landscape construction projects from inception to completion.
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and clients to create innovative and aesthetically pleasing landscape designs.
- Utilize AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other CAD software to create 3D models and blueprints.
- Ensure that all designs adhere to the highest quality standards and comply with all relevant regulations and codes.
- Monitor project progress, manage resources, and ensure timely completion of projects within budget.
- Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure all project requirements are met.
- Provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders on the progress of the projects.
- Resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the project implementation.
- Continuously update knowledge and skills related to landscaping trends, materials, and technologies.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience in landscape project management within the construction industry.
- Proven experience in commercial, residential, and luxury landscape project management.
- Proficiency in drafting, outdoor design, and landscaping.
- Expert knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other CAD software for 3D modeling and blueprint reading.
- Strong understanding of design software and CAD software.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate resident care by scheduling and assigning nursing staff
Foster a supportive and compassionate environment for residents and families
Provide guidance and information to residents and team members
Maintain a safe and compliant work environment through adherence to policies and regulations
Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in resident records and documentation
Promote effective communication and teamwork among healthcare professionals
Manage and review care documentation and service records
Qualifications:
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (State requirement)
Minimum of 3 years of long-term care experience
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and support a diverse team
Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) and prescribing software
Strong communication and organizational skills
Basic computer proficiency
