The Cook County Outreach Coordinator reports to the Cook County Programs Manager and works collaboratively with other Outreach Coordinators. This role focuses on community-based outreach to provide education on harm reduction strategies, naloxone, and overdose prevention, while building trusting relationships with people who use substances. The Outreach Coordinator also provides peer-based support, drawing on lived experience to reduce harms associated with substance use and connect individuals to resources and support.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Identify areas of greatest need across Cook County on the street and within existing services (such as our Mobile Outreach Program) to connect with participants and distribute harm reduction supplies
- Provide peer-based support to participants through rapport building, recovery coaching, harm reduction–informed interventions, and referrals, using lived experience to support participant-defined goals and reduce harms associated with substance use.
- Assist with stocking, maintaining, and delivering harm reduction inventory
- Accurately log and report data collected during outreach
- Provide on the spot training and education in harm reduction, overdose response, and distribute naloxone, the opioid overdose reversal medication across the county

Qualifications
The Cook County Outreach Coordinator must be a person of lived experience preferably with at least 2 years in recovery/remission from substance use disorder. Bilingual in Spanish a plus. They will preferably also have a minimum of two years' relevant work experience in substance use disorder, mental health, public health or social work. This candidate will demonstrate the following qualifications:
- Minimum of two years' relevant work or lived experience in substance use disorder, mental health, public health, or social work; preferably be a person with at least 2 years in recovery/remission from substance use disorder
- Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to harm reduction principles and practices
- Direct service delivery experience in the community social services sector with a demonstrated working knowledge of community-based programs and community support systems
- Demonstrated knowledge in the areas of safer drug use, addictions, safer sex, sex work, HIV/AIDS, hepatitis C, mental health, etc.
- Experience managing hostile interactions, utilizing non-violent communication and diffusing techniques

The Quality Manager will lead and oversee the Quality function at the Morton Grove site, ensuring compliance with GMP regulations, global quality standards, and customer expectations. This role will manage a team of Quality professionals and work closely with cross-functional departments to support the delivery of high-quality clinical and commercial batches.
The ideal candidate brings strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of CDMO business dynamics, and hands-on experience with clinical GMP manufacturing environments.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Quality Assurance and Quality Control teams at the site, as well as working with Global Regulatory Affairs for RA topics.
- Ensure compliance with GMP regulations, global quality standards, and customer requirements for API manufacturing.
- Oversee batch release activities, including review and approval of clinical and commercial GMP batches.
- Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Systems (deviations, CAPA, change control, investigations, audits, etc.) to ensure a state of continuous compliance and inspection readiness.
- Act as the primary quality contact for clients, regulatory authorities, and internal stakeholders for the site.
- Support regulatory inspections and client audits; ensure timely and effective closure of observations.
- Collaborate closely with Operations, Engineering, Regulatory Affairs, and Project Management to support manufacturing and technology transfer activities.

Experience & Requirements:

The EHS Specialist III serves as the site’s primary Environmental, Health, and Safety leader, operating in a highly independent, hands-on environment. This is a standalone role with full ownership of day-to-day EHS activities, investigations, and continuous safety improvement efforts. Enpro carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors including the background, education, training, and experience required, as well as geographic considerations such as cost of labor, and applicable local and state laws. These considerations can cause offered compensation to vary. The hiring range for this position is typically $86,000 - $129,000 annually. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate. Bonus, gainshare, and/or equity may be eligible for this position. To entertain and engage with guests to creeate an immersive experience as directed by Production staff.
Responsibilities:Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform all shows on time and follow instructions from Lead or Supervisor for Meet & Greets.
- Perform your respective roles as set by the Production Staff and Full Time Management. The performance will not vary from the direction set during the production period throughout the course of the show’s run.
- Strictly adhere to the park and Warner Bros. rules concerning your activities while wearing and preparing the costumes.
- Be prepared and hydrated for the potential of a 20-degree increase in temperature from the outside air.
- Protect your costume from abuse or damage, and see the costumes are properly groomed and maintained.
- Keep guest safety and satisfaction in mind during the performance and as an escort. This may include guiding guests to and from the characters, maintaining order, taking pictures and assisting guests by answering questions regarding general park information.
- Keep the character’s safety in mind at all times. This may include providing a safe walking space through the park, both onstage and backstage, maintaining a safe space between the character and guests, keeping track of each appearance’s duration and physical condition of the performer in the costume.
- Be open to and engaged in the rehearsal process and operation of your respective productions under the direction of the Production Staff.
- Navigate in, on, or around scenic elements associated with specific production in potentially dark and restrictive spaces.
- Take direction and constructive criticism.
- Wear proper park approved clothing when entering and exiting park property.
- Report any unsafe acts and/or conditions to the Lead or Stage Manager immediately
- Ensure the venue, break area, make-up area, and Show Wardrobe are kept clean.
- Adhere to and enforce all park policies and procedures as outlined in the Seasonal Handbook and the Department Standard Operating Procedure Manual.
- Train new personnel as needed

- Willing to actively engage with guests
- Availability is vital for this role and contingent upon hiring.
- Must physically able to perform choreography as directed
- Must be willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Must be professional, self-motivated, the ability to multi-task and have an enthusiastic attitude
- Must have strong teamwork skills and the ability to work with others
Other Functions: All other duties assigned or necessary to support the park as a whole.
