In this role, you will lead a team of Demand Planners, guiding them in the development, execution, and continuous improvement of demand forecasts while fostering collaboration across sales, marketing, and supply chain teams.

Job Description Core Responsibilities: Lead team members by placing value on adherence to the monthly planning process, standards for demand planning best practices, and a bias for action in achieving KPIs through forecast value add activities.
Work cross functionally to enhance the end-to-end capability of the S&OP process, bringing customer and market insights to branch and category planners to further enhance Demand Review maturity.
Cultivate an environment of continuous improvement with an emphasis on collaboration and personal ownership.
Maintain key performance metrics and demand monitoring for senior management.
Determine methods to address and correct planning behaviors that adversely affect forecast accuracy, service, and inventory position.

The Load Planner ensures efficient and cost effective delivery of inbound freight by evaluating distance, transit time, capacity, and operational constraints.

EXL Risk Control is looking for self-directed independent contractors who possess excellent
communication skills, computer proficiency, and a commitment to meeting client quality and
timeliness standards. You will work from your own home or office, and service onsite
survey/inspection assignments in the Lake Forest, IL area, and other locations within approximately 45 miles of Lake Forest.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for scheduling on-site surveys and providing risk control reports to
insurance industry clients. These reports contain information necessary to underwrite a
commercial insurance policy and may include recommendations to control and/or correct
potential loss producing conditions associated with that policy. You will be expected to
manage assignments you accept, successfully secure customer appointments within a
local territory and complete work assignments on time.
Our Risk Control Inspectors evaluate businesses behind the scenes to identify hazards and
improve safety, mitigating risks for our insurance company clients. The type of businesses
we survey are commercial operations, including retail, restaurants, hotels, apartments,
construction jobsites, churches, schools, etc. Most surveys are focused on assessing the
business for Property and General Liability coverage, but we also service other commercial
insurance lines of business including Workers Compensation, Auto/Fleet, Products Liability,
Inland Marine and Builders Risk.
Qualifications
Preferred experience in commercial insurance, real estate, inspection, construction, claim,
loss control, underwriting, and/or fire and safety experience is a plus, but all interested

- 1x per month & as requested Location: Northbrook, IL Job Description MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES Architecture & Engineering: Design, engineer, and maintain IAM solutions including authentication, authorization, privileged access management (PAM), and federation services.
Technical Expertise & Guidance: Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for privileged access management (PAM), identity governance and administration (IGA), and federated authentication, providing leadership on best practices and innovation Identity Threat Detection & Response (ITDR): Develop and implement ITDR capabilities to proactively detect, investigate, and mitigate identity-based threats, ensuring integration with overall security operations.
Operations & Support: Lead the implementation and administration of IAM technologies supporting 40,000+ users and complex enterprise workflows.
Provide Tier 3 support for IAM incidents and escalations, ensuring timely resolution of critical security events.
Governance & Compliance: Partner with audit, risk, and compliance teams to ensure adherence to ITGC and regulatory standards.
Project Management & Execution: Plan, prioritize, and manage IAM projects in collaboration with IT and business stakeholders Stakeholder Communication & Collaboration: Partner with IT security, infrastructure, application teams, and business units to align IAM capabilities with organizational goals Process Improvement & Innovation: Identify opportunities to enhance IAM strategies, streamline workflows, and implement automation to improve efficiency and security posture MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS Education Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) Work Experience 5+ years of experience in IAM, with a focus on CyberArk PAM, Azure Entra, and PingFederate 3+ years of experience in security, cloud environments, or IT infrastructure 2+ years of experience in a senior engineer role within IAM or Cybersecurity Knowledge / Skills / Abilities In-depth knowledge of IAM principles and best practices.
Deep expertise in IAM platforms, particularly CyberArk PAM, Active Directory, Azure Entra, and PingFederate Strong understanding of identity security principles and hybrid based IAM implementations Ability to train and develop engineers and foster collaboration Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Strong project management skills, with experience in planning, execution, and risk mitigation Ability to analyze security risks and recommend IAM solutions to improve enterprise security posture Knowledge of ITDR methodologies, threat detection, and response strategies PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS Education Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field Certification / Licensure Additional certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, or Azure Solutions Architect Expert Work Experience 5+ years of experience in IAM with increasing responsibility in various roles Experience integrating IAM solutions in hybrid environments Experience working in highly regulated industries such as finance, healthcare, or government Knowledge / Skills / Abilities Familiarity with Zero Trust security models and emerging IAM trend Experience with IAM automation, scripting, and APIs to improve efficiency Knowledge of identity governance & administration (IGA) and role-based access control (RBAC) Medline Industries, LP, and its subsidiaries, offer a competitive total rewards package, continuing education & training, and tremendous potential with a growing worldwide organization.

- $152,000.00 Annual The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities.
This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible.

The Release Coordinator will play a critical role in planning, managing, and executing software releases across multiple e-commerce platforms and services.
This position ensures that releases are delivered smoothly on time and with minimal disruption to customers and business operations.
Key Responsibilities Release Planning & Coordination Collaborate with Product Owners, Development, QA, DevOps, and Operations teams to define release scope, content, and timelines.
Maintain a release calendar for e-commerce applications, microservices, and integrations.
Facilitate release readiness reviews and go/no-go decision meetings.
Execution & Deployment Coordinate end-to-end release activities, including build packaging, deployment, and post-release verification.
Ensure all pre-release checks (testing, security, compliance, approvals) are completed.
Monitor release progress and proactively identify risks or conflicts.
Communication & Stakeholder Management Act as the central point of contact for all release-related communication across business and technology stakeholders.
Provide clear release notes, deployment schedules, and status updates.
Document issues and lessons learned for continuous improvement.
Governance & Quality Enforce release management processes and best practices for e-commerce applications.
Ensure releases align with change management, compliance, and security standards.
Track and report on release metrics (frequency, lead time, failure rate, recovery time).
Continuous Improvement Work with engineering, QA, and DevOps to automate and optimize release pipelines.
Recommend tools and processes to improve the reliability and speed of e-commerce releases.
Participate in post-release retrospectives and drive process improvements.
Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience: 3–5 years in Release Management, Project Coordination, or DevOps within an e-commerce or digital platform environment.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Skills: Strong organizational and project management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple releases in parallel across cross-functional teams.
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
Preferred Experience in e-commerce ecosystems (order management, product catalog, pricing, checkout, or payment systems).
Understanding of Agile/Scrum and ITIL change management processes.
Exposure to microservices, APIs, and containerized deployments.
Success in This Role Releases are on time, predictable, and low-risk.
Stakeholders are informed and aligned throughout the release cycle.
E-commerce platforms maintain high availability and performance during releases.
Continuous improvement reduces manual effort and accelerates delivery.
