Essential job Functions

Position Overview:
The Drafter will create, correct, and revise shop drawings based on required changes. This position will use software to convert the designs into technical drawings.
Essential Job Functions:
- Liaise with design engineers to produce fabrication and part drawings from sketches, existing drawings, and electronic images, utilizing SolidWorks/Solid Edge/AutoCAD
- Liaise with all departments in the plant to ensure that the drawings convey the correct information and are error free
- Liaise with the Engineering team to set up the Bill of Materials (BOM) and create machine routings using proper labor standards and standard company practices
- Provide translation to the Engineering material list/drawings to a proper BOM structure using the ERP software with routing operations and materials
- Design by using customer drawings, company drawings or specifications
- Coordinate with and request information from estimator/sales
- Identify potential operational issues and redesign products to improve functionality
- Support other departments as necessary
- Perform additional assignments in accordance with the Manager’s direction
- Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be able to read, interpret, and use standards and customer‐supplied documentation.
- Able to work with minimum supervision and capable of self‐checking for completeness and accuracy of work produced.

The Senior Director of Loyalty, Retention & Growth will own the enterprise loyalty growth engine, accountabile for driving incremental purchase frequency, retention, customer lifetime value (CLV), and contribution margin per customer. This role is responsible for ensuring Loyalty is not a benefit program, but a measurable, EBITDA-conscious growth lever that reduces reliance on paid acquisition and strengthens long-term customer relationships.
This leader will define the strategic roadmap, financial model, and operating rhythm for Loyalty—pairing clear customer value with disciplined experimentation, omnichannel activation, and continuous optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Loyalty Strategy & Program Roadmap
- Define and own the multi-year enterprise loyalty strategy, including program architecture, member value proposition, tiering, benefits, and customer positioning.
- Own the Free → Paid loyalty funnel, including membership mix, upgrade rates, renewal performance, and paid-tier penetration.
- Establish a loyalty operating rhythm that ensures continuous improvement through structured testing, optimization, and performance reviews.
- Translate enterprise growth goals into loyalty initiatives that drive incremental revenue, frequency lift (1x → 2x+), and retention—not just engagement.
Omnichannel Lifecycle & Journey Leadership
- Lead loyalty lifecycle strategy and activation across app-first and owned channels, including Push, in-app journeys, Email, SMS, Direct Mail, and onsite experiences.
- Ensure all loyalty communications are explicitly tied to behavioral objectives (activation, repeat purchase, upgrade, renewal), not just message delivery.
- Develop and manage a loyalty promotional calendar that balances customer value with margin discipline and long-term profitability.
- Partner with CRM Ops and channel teams to ensure consistent execution, personalization, and scalable activation.
Measurement, Forecasting & KPI Ownership
- Own the loyalty business case and performance scorecard, including member acquisition, engagement, upgrade, renewal, and retention forecasting.
- Drive measurement frameworks focused on incrementality and profitability, including test vs. control, holdouts, and cohort analysis.
- Make data-backed recommendations to improve program ROI, contribution margin, and long-term value creation.
Personalization & Customer Experience Innovation
- Leverage customer data, segmentation, and behavioral insights to create relevant, personalized loyalty experiences that reduce incentive waste.
- Identify opportunities to improve the end-to-end member journey (join → earn → redeem → renew → advocate).
- Lead enhancements to loyalty journeys, triggered programs, and lifecycle touchpoints to increase frequency and reduce churn.
Platform, Data & Operational Excellence
- Own loyalty platform capabilities and performance; identify feature, data, and technology needs to support roadmap delivery.
- Partner with Martech, Analytics, and Data teams to ensure loyalty data is accurate, actionable, and usable across activation channels.
- Ensure loyalty reporting, tagging, and performance measurement are consistent, scalable, and decision-ready.
Cross-Functional Leadership & Enterprise Alignment
- Serve as the enterprise loyalty lead, aligning Brand, Product, Analytics, Merchandising, Customer Service, and Technology around shared loyalty goals.
- Influence stakeholders and align teams around financial and behavioral loyalty KPIs, not vanity metrics.
- Build and lead a high-performing team culture focused on speed, accountability, experimentation, and customer obsession.
Qualifications
- 10–12+ years of experience in Loyalty, CRM, Retention, or Lifecycle Marketing with a proven track record of launching and scaling omni-channel loyalty programs.
- Strong strategic and analytical orientation with the ability to translate customer behavior into financial outcomes and growth plans.
- Deep understanding of loyalty economics, including incrementality, liability, breakage, margin impact, and incentive optimization.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across Marketing, Product, Data, and Technology.
- Strong command of app-first lifecycle marketing and CRM best practices (Push, in-app, Email, SMS, Direct Mail, onsite).
- Entrepreneurial mindset—comfortable operating lean, moving quickly, and building from 0→1 and 1→10.
- Experience managing teams and developing talent.
- Digital/eCommerce experience preferred; retail experience strongly preferred.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As part of the SANY America’s team, SANY America is seeking an experienced Attachments Operations Coordinator to support the daily coordination of attachments operations. This position plays a critical role in ensuring operational efficiency, supporting cross-functional teams, and helping drive the successful delivery of products and services to our customers.
With current revenues over $500 million, SANY America continues to make strong progress and significant investments in the Americas market; the organization is now pursuing an aggressive growth strategy and is looking to move quickly beyond this initial platform and increase their market share.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Inventory Coordination and Management
- Coordinate with operations teams on attachment inventory management
- Support attachment repair, compatibility validation, and PDI processes
- Regularly check actual stock against system data, report and adjust discrepancies
- Monitor inventory turnover rates and provide basic tracking and reporting
2. Attachment Ordering and Tracking
- Coordinate with the Purchasing team and China Business Units on attachment ordering
- Track order status, production progress, and delivery timelines
- Provide timely follow-up and status updates to relevant stakeholders
3. Order Fulfillment and Logistics Coordination
- Coordinate with operations teams to support order fulfillment activities
- Track shipping schedules to ensure dealer requirements and delivery commitments are met
- Act as a liaison among inside sales, warehouses, logistics, and dealers. Communicate order status, identify issues proactively, and support resolution
- Address delays, damages, or shortages; escalate issues and propose solutions when needed
4. Dealer Portal Maintenance and Improvement
- Maintain and update Dealer Portal content related to attachments
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of published information
- Work with IT to improve Dealer Portal functionality to better support attachment sales programs
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written)
- Strong coordination and communication skills. Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with good organizational and follow-up abilities
- Basic understanding of inventory management, order fulfillment, or supply chain operations preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

The Implementation Consultant is responsible for being a subject matter expert in the respective functional area. This role involves overseeing the client implementation process, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, all while ensuring an exceptional client experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead the client implementation process for new PEO clients, ensuring a seamless transition to our services.
- Lead the client's full implementation by understanding their requirements and configuring our PEO solutions to meet their needs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase, addressing their concerns, answering questions, and providing expert guidance on system configuration and best practices.
- Provide training and guidance to clients on how to use our PEO system effectively, ensuring a smooth transition and user adoption.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical or process-related issues that arise during the implementation phase.

- Knowledge of relevant federal and state regulations about benefit administration.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
