Salary and Benefits:
Salary for newly appointed law enforcement Border Patrol Agents varies from:
Base Salary: GL-9/GS-11, $63,148 - $120,145 per year
Locality Pay: Varies by duty location.
Overtime Pay: Up to 25%
Duty location impacts pay rates; locality pay for federal law enforcement is higher in some locations than others. A fully trained BPA may be eligible for up to an additional 25% of base pay per the BPA Pay Reform Act of 2014. This is a career ladder position with a grade level progression from GL-9 to GS-11 to GS-12. You will be eligible for a promotion to the next higher grade level (without re-applying) once you successfully complete 52 weeks in the lower grade level.
All Border Patrol Agents may select from an array of federal employment benefits that include health and insurance plans, a generous annual and sick leave program, and participation in the Thrift Savings Plan, a retirement plan that is similar to traditional and ROTH 401(k) offerings.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Typical assignments include:
- Detecting and questioning people suspected of violating immigration and customs laws and inspecting documents and possessions to determine citizenship or violations.
- Preventing and apprehending aliens and smugglers of aliens at or near the borders by maintaining surveillance from covert positions to include using infrared scopes during night operations.
- Interpreting and following tracks, marks, and other physical evidence of illegal entry of persons or contraband.
- Performing farm checks, building checks, traffic checks, city patrols, and transportation checks.
- Patrolling the international boundary and coastal waterways using a variety of government assets such as vehicles, horses, vessels, watercraft, off-road vehicles, ATVs, snowmobiles, and motorcycles for the accomplishment of the USBP Mission.
Qualifications:
GL-9: You qualify for the GL-9 grade level if you possess one (1) year of specialized experience, equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, performing duties such as:
- Performing physical searches of detained individuals, their vehicles, and their immediate surroundings for weapons, contraband, currency, and other evidence.
- Apprehending, physically restraining, or working with law enforcement officials to identify or apprehend violators of state, federal, or immigration laws.
- Proficient in the use of firearms, preparing investigative reports, serving court orders (e.g., warrants, subpoenas, etc.), and gathering evidence for criminal cases prosecuted through the court system.
If you have previous or current law enforcement or military law enforcement experience, you may qualify at the GS-11 grade level.
GS-11: You qualify for the GS-11 grade level if you possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, with the authority granted by the state or government to enforce laws, make arrests, and investigate crimes, performing primary duties in an official law enforcement capacity such as:
- Utilizing intelligence information to track illegal operations, criminal activity, threats to our nation, and/or contraband while serving as a state, federal, or military law enforcement official.
- Leading investigations of fraud, contraband, criminal activity, threats to our nation, and/or illegal operations to determine sources and patterns while serving as a state, federal, or military law enforcement official.
- Apprehending violators of state, federal, or immigration laws by utilizing various forms of complex technology that include surveillance, detection, situation awareness systems, and/or communications equipment.
The above experience will be applied in connection with the following: Make arrests and exercise sound judgment in the use of firearms; deal effectively with people in a courteous manner in connection with law enforcement matters; analyze information rapidly and make prompt decisions; or develop and maintain contact with a network of informants.
There are no education substitutions for the GL-9 or GS-11 grade-level Border Patrol Agent opportunities.

Age Restriction: In accordance with Public Law 100-238, this position is covered under law enforcement retirement provisions. Candidates must be referred for selection to the Border Patrol Agent position before reaching their 40th birthday in accordance with Department of Homeland Security Directive 251-03. The age restriction may not apply if you are currently serving or have previously served in a federal civilian law enforcement (non-military) position covered by Title 5 U.S.C. 8336(c) or Title 5 U.S.C. 8412(d).

Formal Training: After you are hired, you will be detailed to the U.S. Border Patrol Academy in Artesia, New Mexico, for approximately six (6) months of intensive instruction in immigration and nationality laws, law enforcement, and USBP-specific operations, driver training, physical techniques, firearms, and other courses. Border Patrol work requires the ability to speak and read Spanish, as well as English. Border Patrol Agents will be provided training to become proficient in the Spanish language at the Academy.

General Summary of Position
The Physical Therapist provides physical therapy services to patients to include but not limited to screening and evaluation treatment planning treatment implementation treatment re-assessment and revision patient/client re-evaluation discharge planning and documentation in a variety of settings. The Physical Therapist participates as requested in program planning and protocol development and assists the team in meeting established goals.

- Completes appropriate discharge planning and follow-up care. Accurately and timely documents and charges for patient care activities in light of our evolving health care environment painting a clear picture of the patient's course of care including focused initial evaluation/plan of care that establishes baseline and goals daily encounter notes interim progress summaries and discharge evaluation.
- Demonstrates effective time management and meets productivity expectations. Manage an accurate schedule. Is timely and punctual for meetings. Demonstrates a professional commitment to provide frictionless patient access to care through flexibility adaptability creativity and actions/behaviors that display empathy in our patient consumer driven environment.
- Participates in multi-disciplinary quality and service improvement teams. Participates in meetings and on committees and represents the department and hospital in community outreach efforts. Participates in hospital and community-based marketing activities as appropriate to your role.
- Contributes to the development and achievement of established department goals and objective. Complies with governmental and accreditation regulations.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Events Manager oversees the planning and coordination of all company tradeshows, conferences, VIP customer events, and annual sales meetings. This role is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of tradeshows, including maintaining the 18-month event calendar, budget, and guiding each event from initial contract review through post-event reports. The position ensures seamless execution, budget management, and cross-functional collaboration to align with marketing campaign objectives.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and manage comprehensive project timelines and event checklists for large-scale conferences, serving as the primary liaison and coordination hub for both North America and international teams’ exhibits to track the overall Marketing tradeshow plan in one document.
- Lead end-to-end tradeshow planning and execution, including but not limited to:
- Securing booth logistics quotes and vendor proposals;
- Processing conference agreements.
- Identify and manage event-related vendors, negotiate pricing, process agreements and invoices.
- Develop and manage event budgets and forecasts;

Purpose of Role
To carry out send-off, welcoming, escorting, loyalty program processes, fast pass and lounge services in the relevant terminals in a complete, in order to maintain and increase the company's service quality, customer satisfaction and in accordance with the procedures.
Responsibilities
- To provide passengers with welcoming, meet and greet, fast pass and loyalty program operation services in accordance with the determined rules and procedures in order to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Deliver Outstanding Customer Service: Consistently provide a superior standard of customer service to all passengers
- To supervise and control the fixtures at the service points, to provide the necessary notifications in case of malfunction and to follow the solution, to report to superiors, to ensure the order and cleanliness of the service points.
- Confirm Eligibility and Manage Registration Procedures: Confirm guest eligibility for lounge access and conduct the registration process. Issue invoices to guests as required. Ensure precise recording and reconciliation of all transactions and passenger counts within the online systems. At the end of each day, submit passenger counts and associated documentation, including bank slips and vouchers, to the appropriate departments Display Excellent Communication Abilities: Exhibit outstanding communication proficiency and consistently demonstrate an ability to engage effectively with others. Maintain flexibility and patience when interacting with guests.
- Respond to Complaints Immediately: Address any complaints or issues without delay, and communicate pertinent information or concerns directly to a supervisor
Qualifications:
Education: Associate Degree
Total Professional Experience: 2 Years +
Language: English / Good level of ability to prepare reports for overseas locations
Computer: Experienced in MS Office applications

The Neuroscience Sales Specialist-II, has overall responsibility for meeting or exceeding sales expectations within their assigned geographies in an ethical and compliant manner. The sales specialist is responsible for understanding and identifying customer needs, aligning marketing resources and supporting pull-through activities. They are also accountable for embodying and communicating Intra-Cellular’s corporate vision of improving the lives of patients suffering from neuropsychiatric disorders.
The Neuroscience Sales Specialist-II will develop superior product and disease state knowledge that allows them to compliantly engage in in-depth clinical dialogue with healthcare professionals. Additionally, they will have responsibility for the creation of local strategic and tactical plans, differential resource allocation, and accountability for effective application of budget and expense management within their assigned territory.

Job Responsibilities
- Following compliance guidelines, drives sales performance to ensure sales forecasts are met or exceeded within assigned territory by calling on HCP offices and Mental Health Community Centers both in-person and virtually.
- Effectively uses assigned budgets to achieve territory objectives. Customizes discussions and client interactions based on customer’s needs in a compliant and ethical manner
- Maintains current understanding of local market, practice structures, evolving customers, and key influencers. Routinely shares such information with relevant internal Intra-Cellular stakeholders.
- Provides input into resource allocation decisions across customers/region. Identifies and selects programs/resources available and appropriate for each customer, practice, and/or system.
- Works with Regional Business Manager and key stakeholders to develop a local business plan that ensures achievement of all business objectives. Capitalizes on formulary approvals and other business opportunities through effective implementation of the strategic plan.
- Collaborates with other Neuroscience Sales Specialists on common objectives and sharing of best practices.
- Accountable for providing timely and accurate administrative management of work hours, sales call data, customer objectives, communication responses, synchronization, sample and expense reporting.
- Effectively inform and build a business plan based on depth and breadth of customer business needs, resources and products.
- Complete all company and job-related training as assigned within the required timelines.

Job Requirements
- 2+ years of previous sales experience in pharmaceuticals, biologics, or medical device sales required; 3+ years of sales experience in specialty pharmaceuticals preferred
- Launch, antipsychotic, and/or bi-polar sales experience highly preferred.
- Must have Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university as well as a valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
- Must have strong desire and passion for improving the lives of patients and their caregivers. Ideal candidate emulates patient-centricity.
- Must act with high integrity and always in accordance with the Company’s Compliance policies and procedures.
- Must have strong sense of self-motivation, initiative, and entrepreneurial thirst, excellent decision-making judgment, strong teaming/collaboration and cross-functional skills

- Experience establishing new customer relationships and communicating technical information to a diverse customer audience.
- Work hours may include meetings scheduled outside of normal working hours.
- Territories may require some overnight travel depending on geography.
- Some domestic travel to corporate headquarters, training and sales meetings will also be required on a periodic basis.

Salary range for this position: $98,000 - $155,000

Effectively manage and execute assigned projects to include effective communication with superintendents, clients and subcontractors to ensure projects meet designated quality timelines and budgets.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with stringent contract and owner quality requirements
- Implement multiple levels of quality control for various and concurrent trades
- Prepare comprehensive, project-specific QC plans
- Produce detailed daily reports in electronic format
- Conduct daily field inspections; verify material deliveries to project site
- Provide reviews and sign-off of Project As-Built and project deliverables prior to submission
- Provide and review submittals, RFI logs, maintenance logs, and other project related materials in a timely manner
- Prepare QC punch lists
- Perform preparatory meetings as required by the specifications

- 8 years of construction experience
- Current CQC certification from USACE with 5 years quality control experience as a CQC Manager
- Experience working on projects as a CQC inspector for the Federal Government
