The HRIS Analyst II is responsible for the configuration, maintenance, optimization, and support of HR systems, with a primary focus on UKG, iCIMS, and related integrations. This role partners closely with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure system integrity, data accuracy, compliance, and a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain security roles, workflows, system rules, and validations across HRIS modules within UKG and integrated platforms
• Administer and support iCIMS, ensuring proper configuration, data flow, and integration with downstream systems
• Build, maintain, and enhance reports and dashboards within iCIMS to support recruiting operations and leadership reporting needs

Qualifications

Responsible for managing the GPO's contractual responsibilities regarding the payout of Manufacturer rebate payments. Ensure accurate and timely payments in accordance with established KPI's. Able to understand complex GPO contracts and clearly communicate with internal and external customers.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Healthcare RCM Sales Representative located in Southlake, TX. The Sales Representative will focus on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting Oncospark's healthcare RCM and prior authorization solutions. Responsibilities include developing and executing strategic sales plans, conducting presentations, managing the sales cycle, negotiating contracts, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role will involve close collaboration with internal teams to align solutions with client needs and drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management and Prior Authorization processes, including medical billing, coding, and other RCM functions.
• Proven sales experience, with skills in business development, client relationship building, and negotiation.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities, with the capability to convey complex information effectively to diverse audiences.
• Capacity to develop and execute strategic sales plans, identify opportunities, and bring in new business.
• Ability to leverage advanced technology solutions for healthcare operations and client benefits.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.

Raytheon is hiring a Senior Database Engineer to support our teams in Richardson TX . You will have the opportunity to directly impact the world around you and contribute to classified programs and technologies you are passionate about. In this position you would be familiar with creating, updating, and managing databases and the code that interacts with them.

What You Will Do

• Identify and understand customer needs and apply sound, demonstrable understanding of database principles, theories, and concepts related to software engineering to translate those needs to viable design solutions.
• Demonstrate critical thinking skills with the ability to communicate concepts and ideas well.
• Successfully integrate Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) products as part of customer-driven solutions.
• Use proven problem solving and analytical skills.
• Obtain and maintain SCI program access and complete polygraphs.
• Obtain Security+ certification within 60 days of start.

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of Database Engineering experience.
• Experience as a Database Administrator (DBA) and Database Engineer (DBE).
• Experience with Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS) solutions, such as Oracle, Postgres, or related systems.
• Experience working with Systems and Software Engineers to implement, and modify backend databases to interact with applications within a development environment.
• Experience virtualizing or containerizing databases.
• Experience using Linux command line to perform database administration activities.
• Active and transferable Top Secret U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI prior to start date. U.S. Citizenship is required as only U.S. Citizens are eligible for a clearance.

• Existing Security+ Certification
• Experience with AWS.
• Experience with NoSQL database products such as MongoDB and DynamoDB.
• Experience troubleshooting database issues such as DR, replication & backups and other related issues.
• Experience troubleshooting performance issues
• Experience with database security controls and audit & compliance requirements.
• Experience with automating routine tasks.
• Experience with Spatial databases
• Coding experience (SQL, Python, Java) is helpful!
