Pharmaceutical Sales Representative Diabetes/Endocrinology

The Pharmaceutical Sales Representative Diabetes/Endocrinology is responsible for the achievement of commercial objectives in the assigned territory in alignment with Xeris' corporate goals. Reporting to the Regional Business Director (RBD), the PSR will participate in the development and execution of strategic and tactical territory and account level business plans in order to meet and exceed sales goals and business objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver on corporate objectives specific to territory.
  • With RBD and internal business partner input, develop, evolve, and execute territory and account level business plans.
  • Engage RBD with timely recommendations to eliminate or minimize barriers to progress specific to marketplace trends, business opportunities and threats, competitive information, etc.
  • Leverage internal expertise to maximize field impact.
  • Work with Regional Business Directors, Channel/Trade & Market Access Teams, and Sales Representatives to develop territory-specific strategies to ensure patient access to Xeris products.
  • Manage territory budget and resource allocations to maximize return on investment.
  • Create a face to the internal and external customer that demonstrates Xeris' commitment to bringing value and solutions to the customers and patients we serve.
  • Collaborate with peers, marketing, and training personnel to share information and implement territory initiatives/strategies.
  • Create, build, and maintain relationships and regular communications and sales efforts with physicians & other health care providers, and all others pertinent to Xeris' business.
  • Professionally and ethically represent Xeris to external customers (including but not limited to hospitals, IDNs, individual physicians and health care providers, and local diabetes chapters) and foster their respect by demonstrating our commitment to advancing patient care and outcomes.

Qualifications

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $85,000 to $130,000. Responsibilities:

Property Accounting

  • Oversee monthly financial reporting to management to ensure reporting accuracy while using Yardi
  • Proactively review operating financial reports, property status reports, capital and customer improvements reports as required to identify any variances and make recommendations for improving the net operating income and cash flow for the project(s)
  • Work with the Senior Accountant to produce and provide Owners with monthly, quarterly and annual reporting package
  • Handle preparation of operating budgets for the assigned project(s); preparation of annual customer Rent Letter and Year-End Reconciliation (DOE, CAM bill backs and adjustments)
  • Oversee utility usage, customer and retailer sub-metering reports and customer bill backs

  • Develops complete client information and applications for new and renewal business. Markets to insurance carriers and prepares proposals.
  • Serves as main point of contact for the client.
  • Follows up with insurance carrier underwriters to answer questions and solicit quotes for new business.
  • Negotiates premiums, coverages, terms, and conditions for prospective clients.
  • Addresses client questions, provides guidance on appropriate coverage changes and/or contractual requirements, educates client on exclusions and exposures.
  • Assists with the strategic design of insurance plans for clients with little to no supervision.
  • Strategically assists in the remarketing of renewals to ensure a high level of account retention.
  • Oversees the preparation of proposals for the client, including, but not limited to submissions, loss evaluations and risk analysis to ensure timely and accurate quotations and policies.
  • Determines and communicates various options for billing and invoicing.


Education and Qualifications:


  • MUST have 8+ years of Private Client and/or Family Office experience!
  • Must currently hold an active Property & Casualty License
  • Has a high level of technical insurance knowledge, is organized, and possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Possesses the ability to cast vision, develop effective strategies and tactics, and create positive motivation for business segment colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead safe and compliant warehouse operations across multiple U.S. distribution centers

• Ensure regulatory compliance including OSHA, environmental standards, Fire Department requirements, Department of Labor regulations, and CTPAT

• Oversee inbound logistics from Mexico and South America into the U.S., ensuring CBP compliance

Role Description

Job Duties

1. Recruits members within assigned school districts

2. Ensures timely delivery of information to new teachers

3. Represents PAGE in person at assigned new teacher orientations and district functions

4. Presents PAGE information to new teachers and other newly hired district staff

5. Maintains and updates school contact lists

6. Schedules and coordinates school events to engage prospective and current members, individually or in group settings

7. Serves as a liaison between PAGE members and internal PAGE departments

8. Works independently while adhering to established guidelines and expectations

9. Provides semi-monthly updates on events and work activities

10. Maintains and shares a weekly work schedule

11. Prepares and submits monthly expense reports

12. Procures supplies and materials necessary to perform job duties in a cost-effective manner

13.Provides coverage for additional assignments or district activities as needed

14 .Maintains professional and collaborative relationships with PAGE staff, associates, and school district personnel
