General Summary of Position:

The Sustaining R&D Manager serves as the technical lead of Paragonix's commercialized portfolio, balancing rigorous engineering oversight with strategic growth initiatives. Qualifications

  • 5-11 years prior relevant experience required, with clearly demonstrated strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Proficiency with Quickbooks Enterprise Professional

They will help support the project base for 2026 and 2027 pipeline. Additionally, this person will be helping mentor and lead junior engineers through projects and also overseeing project workload.
