General Summary of Position:
The Corporate Trainer at Granite Telecommunications is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs that support employee growth, operational excellence, and company objectives. About the Compensation:

The base salary range for this role is determined based on several factors. These include but are not limited to job accountabilities; skill sets; experience and training; certifications; work location; competitive market rates and other business needs. At Galderma, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on a unique combination of factors for each role. A reasonable estimate of the hiring range for this role is $170,000-$210,000.

In addition to base salary, we provide an opportunity to participate in an annual short-term incentive program that is based on corporate performance with a multiplier focused on individual performance. To maximize recovery of bankrupt accounts through negotiation, reaffirmation, legal proceedings, fraud detection and collection efforts. Serve as liaison for OGC and outside legal counsel on bankruptcy litigation or adversary complaints. Provide specialized servicing of charged-off mortgage loans. Serve as subject matter expert regarding section functions, systems, policies and/or procedures.

• Analyze accounts included in the bankruptcy for potential abuse and/or fraud to determine if litigation is warranted to protect interest and reduce financial loss

• Manage legal notifications (e.g., Mechanic's Liens, Adversary Complaints, Lift of Stay, Motions to Avoid Lien, Motions to Value, Judgment Liens, and Plan Confirmation, etc.), and determine appropriate course of action

• Negotiate Short Sale request, settlement, and reaffirmation based on the bankruptcy disposition Process charged-off bankruptcy impaired equity loans; facilitate Proof of Claims and review motions

Position Summary:

You will work closely with Contact Center Operations, Agile delivery teams, and technology partners to continuously improve customer and associate experiences across the enterprise.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Design, engineer, implement, and support enterprise UCaaS and CCaaS platforms

  • Provide daily operational support for cloud-based telephony, unified communications, SIP services, and IVR solutions

Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience engineering and supporting cloud-based telephony or contact center platforms

  • Strong understanding of VoIP technologies, SIP, and call routing concepts

  • RingCentral and RingCentral Contact Center engineering

  • NiCE inContact / CXone administration and development

  • Cyara or similar modern telephony orchestration platforms

  • Experience designing and supporting UCaaS and CCaaS (including IVRs and contact center workflows) solutions in large enterprise environments

  • Solid knowledge of networking concepts related to real-time communications

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Supporting remote contact center agents

The Director of Resilience Engineering and Quality Leader is both a strategic peer and technical counterpart to the Infrastructure & Reliability Engineering Leader.

This role provides bench depth and succession coverage for REO's most technically complex domains while driving innovation in reliability, resilience, and performance practices.

  • Strategic influence: Shapes cloud reliability, quality engineering, and resilience strategy across REO and Architecture domains.

  • Operational authority: Leads Sr. Managers and Managers who own the execution of quality, resilience, and performance engineering capabilities.

Scope of Accountability

Resilience Engineering & Cloud Reliability

  • Architect and validate fault-tolerant, regionally resilient architectures across AWS, Azure, and GCP.

  • Own resilience automation, chaos testing, and IaC-based recovery validation.

  • Lead cross-cloud reliability design reviews and failure-mode analyses for critical systems.

Quality Engineering & Continuous Testing

  • Define enterprise-wide quality engineering strategy integrated into CI/CD pipelines.
