The opportunity
Delaware North Sportservice is hiring seasonal Servers to join our team at Globe Life Field in Arlington, Texas. As a Server, you will be the face of our restaurant and play a critical role in providing excellent service to our guests.
Please note this is a tipped position; the hourly minimum pay listed doesn’t include any potential tipped earnings.

What will you do?
- Greet guests, provide menus, clearly communicate restaurant specials, answer questions about menu items, collect food and beverage orders, serve items ordered, and attend to guests' needs throughout their visit
- Accurately enter orders into the point-of-sale system so that kitchen staff can prepare food and bar staff can prepare drinks, as needed
- Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly, request identification, and adhere to all alcohol service policies and procedures
- Prepare and deliver the check to guests at the table, accept and process the payment
- Collaborate with other restaurant servers, kitchen, and bar staff
- Perform opening, closing, cleaning, and side work duties, as assigned
- Ensure all equipment and workspaces are clean, sanitized, organized, and working properly

- At least one year of experience as a server in a high-volume environment is preferred
- Previous experience with a point-of-sale system in a service or hospitality environment preferred

We have an opening for a highly-skilled and experienced Civil Engineer.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze survey reports, maps, plans, and other relevant information for project planning
- Oversee survey operations for construction, develop site grading and drainage plans
- Oversee SWPPP implementation and maintenance in accordance with regulations
- Check and reconcile drawings with field survey control points, ensure elevations, rebar placement, top of concrete, foundation location matches the drawings before concrete is ordered
- Submitting permit applications for projects with multiple regulations to appropriate local, state and federal agencies
- Budget construction cost and risk analysis for projects
- Site investigations: Conduct field visits and analyze survey data, soil reports, and environmental constraints to determine project feasibility
- Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with architects, contractors, government officials, and project managers to resolve design modifications and project issues
- Project Support: Will support Project Managers and other engineers in project activities including, but not limited to the following: Preparation of bid packages, acquisition of quotations and bids, preparation of purchase order documents, tracking orders and processing the invoices
- Assist in the preparation and management of project schedules, Gantt charts, and departmental calendars
- Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM) for projects under direction of project managers
- Assist in the development of project cost estimates

Background on the Project:
A prestigious government agency is addressing the backlog of special education claims in New York City to ensure timely and fair resolution of disputes between parents and the city regarding educational plans for children with special needs. Recent rulings have emphasized the need for faster resolution of these claims and improvements in special education services and payment processes. This initiative requires dedicated attorneys to join the team and play a critical role in managing a high volume of cases and driving claims through the administrative process.
Role Overview:
Our client is seeking contract attorneys barred and in good standing in any state with 1+ years of litigation experience to Work Remotely on a 1 plus year assignment. As a Hearing Representative, you will represent our client throughout the entire special education claims process—from intake to resolution or settlement.
Pay Rates:
- 1 to 7 years of experience: $41.75/hour
- 7+ years of experience: $43.75/hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Case Management: Manage a high-volume caseload of 100–200 special education claims, ensuring timely and effective handling.
- Representation: Prepare for and/or litigate complex cases involving significant legal precedents, policy implications, or financial impact. Represent the agency in administrative hearings, pre-hearing conferences, and settlement negotiations.
- Administrative Process: Navigate procedural requirements and ensure compliance with federal and state education laws and regulations.
- Documentation: Prepare and review all necessary filings, agreements, and reports with accuracy and thoroughness.
- Settlement Negotiation: Work with parents, public advocacy groups, and opposing counsel to reach fair resolutions while negotiating claims for attorney’s fees.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- The primary responsibility of an Account Executive is to build a book of business through:
- Prospecting and establishing referral partner relationships with professionals from the real estate and mortgage industry.
- Work with clients to understand their insurance needs, analyze options with a large carrier portfolio, and provide a custom solution to mitigate household risk.
Compensation Summary
The Account Executive position has a first-year average on-target earnings of $90,000. Our compensation package consists of a base salary plus uncapped variable commissions, and a one-time conditional sign-on bonus.
Licensing, Training, and Position Requirements:
- Goosehead will cover one-time costs of all training courses and exam fees to obtain your insurance license
- This role is contingent on you passing your licensing exam, obtaining the state issued license, and successfully completing the Goosehead training program, which will commence on your start date
- Account Executives are equipped with extensive training in , sales process management, business development and more, no previous experience is required.

Experience and Education
- Bachelor’s degree, 3.0 GPA preferred.
- Passing the state licensing exam, once hired
- Legally authorized to work the United States
