Expectations:

Responsible for coordination of care to meet identified needs of the patient/family. EXPERIENCE/TRAINING:
Minimum 1 year of current experience in acute care area of expertise/equivalent service area, 2 years preferred. One year Critical Care, PACU and Trauma Center experience Preferred.
Must challenge and successfully pass the Basic Dysrhythmia course curriculum within 21 days of hire. Basic computer skills/experience with computerized documentation systems required.

LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS:

Current unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license issued by California Board of Registered Nursing (BRN)

The Opportunity

- Seeking Board Eligible/Certified OBGYN physicians.
- Current CA state license and DEA are required.
- Primary responsibilities include clinic (4 days/week), in-house L&D call, and GYN surgery.
- Compensation exceeding $600,000.

The Practice

Adventist Health White Memorial – Los Angeles, California

- 353-bed hospital with a Level 3 Trauma Center and Level 3 NICU.
- 11 L&D beds plus 28-bed NICU capacity.
- Over 3,000 deliveries per year with an average of 8-9 deliveries per day.
- 3-4 GYN surgeries per day.
- Support staff includes L&D RNs, on-call NICU, ANE, and MFM.
- Full scope OB/GYN practice with a supportive team and collaborative environment.
- Baby-Friendly Designation since 2015.

Accounts Payable Specialist

We’re seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist for a temporary assignment with a well-established company and stable company.

 

Key Responsibilities for the Accounts Payable Specialist:

  • Match and reconcile invoices and statements for pricing, quantities, freight, and discounts
  • Process journal entries, purchase orders, and vouchers accurately
  • Research and resolve vendor inquiries and discrepancies
  • Process checks for all company subsidiaries in a timely manner
  • Support month-end and year-end close activities, including sales/use tax and 1099 reporting
  • Maintain vendor information and company address book accuracy

 

Qualifications for the Accounts Payable Specialist:

  • Minimum 3 years of Accounts Payable experience
  • Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables required)
  • JD Edwards experience preferred
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Strong AP audit background
