- Masks or unmasks various products and parts for painting or selective plating. Interprets blueprints, work instructions, both written and verbal instructions, to determine the most effective procedures for masking various products.
- Uses masking tape, paint, various types of wax and protective devices to selectively mask off certain sections of parts and/or units that are to be painted or plated.
- Uses various hand tools such as punches, scissors, brushes, knives or razor blades to cut and remove tape.
- Position protective coatings on parts or units in accordance with instructions. Removes tape, wax, paint and other protective coatings after selective painting or plating process has been completed. Touches up paint damaged parts using a brush.
- Adheres to all processing specifications necessary to achieve blueprint requirements and quality of the hardware.
- Demonstrates excellent safety practices and habits to ensure all rules are obeyed and implemented.
- Keeps work area clean. Performs other related duties as required.

As an engineer supporting the Air Breathing Propulsion section, the selected candidate will support the design and analysis needs of unclassified and classified programs in Redondo Beach, California. - Must have an active DoD Secret (or higher) clearance (with a background investigation within the past 6 years or enrolled into Continuous Education).

The Customs Brokerage Department Manager is the senior leader responsible for the overall strategic direction, compliance, profitability, and operational excellence of the customs brokerage division. This role oversees all import/export customs clearance activities, ensuring adherence to national and international regulations (e.g., CBP, PGA). Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Business Growth
- Create and implement a strategic business plan to expand the customs brokerage department, focusing on revenue growth and profitability (P&L management).

Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in customs brokerage with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership role (Director or VP level).
- Licensure: Active Licensed Customs Broker (LCB) is required.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, International Trade, Business, or related field preferred. Master's degree (MBA) is a plus.
- Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of U.S. Customs Regulations, HTS classification, Customs Valuation, and ISA/C-TPAT programs.

We are seeking a motivated and experienced, Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG) Welder to join our aerospace manufacturing team. This position is ideal for individuals who have experience and are eager to grow within a structured and supportive environment. You will assist in the welding, fabrication, and assembly of propellant space tank systems and sub-assemblies.
Pay Range: $40 to $60 per hour.
Position Requirements
- Weld, assemble, and fabricate various propellant space tank systems and sub-assembly components using GTAW (TIG) welding methods
- Use precision-calibrated tools such as torque wrenches, micrometers, and calipers to ensure quality and accuracy
- Perform work in accordance with detailed procedures, specifications, and test instructions
- Read and interpret technical drawings and manufacturing work instructions
- Utilize various mechanical tools and equipment with minimal supervision
- Operate forklifts, overhead cranes, and other heavy equipment safely
- Perform surface preparation processes such as blending, filing, and abrading of flight hardware
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring compliance with safety standards
- Support team members with additional duties as required to ensure efficient operations
Qualifications:

Under general supervision, deburr, weld prep and/or clean titanium and aluminum components and sub-assemblies to support all core processes, such as machining, welding, and NDE.
Essential Responsibilities
- Support the highest standards of safety and environmental practices.
- Deburr machined components for sharp edges.
- Hand blend machined and welded surfaces to drawing requirements.
- Hand abrade components to desired finish for weld.
- Clean components and assemblies per drawing and/or manufacturing work instructions.
- Make a continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times, streamline work processes, and work cooperatively.
