JOB DESCRIPTION: The position is responsible for the installation, startup assistance, and servicing machinery of various types.
These may be glass processing machines, food processing machines, or packaging machines, depending on the Division that requires the work.
Installation may involve marking centerlines, manipulating machines into position, leveling, anchoring, reassembly, re-wiring, re-plumbing, etc.
to bring the machine to operational readiness.
After installation, the technician may be involved in troubleshooting any problems found after installation.
Besides installation, existing machines may need to be serviced.
This may include visits to the customer's site for preventative maintenance, troubleshooting problems, making recommendations for parts that are required, and generally helping the customer with any problems that they may have with the machine, within the power and knowledge of the technician.
When not in the field, the technician may be required to help assemble machinery, startup machinery on the factory floor, and training of other individuals.
Essential Functions Travel to customer plant site/s to assist customer with install, and starting up machine.
Test machine to customer satisfaction.
Report issues to staff for corrective action and/or future improvements.
Travel to customer site for machinery service, maintenance, training, etc.
Assemble machinery according to blueprints and pneumatic prints Wire machinery to control panels according to schematics Assist Engineering/programmer with startup of machines Train customer or other team members Make recommendations to customers for parts that they will need and relay that information to Sales for quoting.
Ensure customers are completely satisfied with the machines.
Report working and traveling hours via a Service Report to HR, and obtain customer feedback via form.

Job Summary:
The Cardinal Trucking Dispatcher position coordinates and manages the daily scheduling, routing, and dispatching of dump trucks and drivers to ensure efficient material delivery and hauling operations. This role requires strong communication, organizational, and computer skills to manage logistics, track loads, maintain accurate records, and assist with billing and invoicing processes using dispatch and fleet management software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule, dispatch, and track dump trucks and drivers for construction, aggregate, and hauling projects.
- Communicate job assignments, route details, and delivery instructions to drivers via dispatch software and phone.
- Monitor truck locations, loads, and delivery progress using GPS and fleet tracking systems.
- Coordinate with customers, job site supervisors, and plant operators to ensure timely delivery and pick-up of materials.
- Adjust schedules in response to weather, traffic, or equipment issues.
- Maintain accurate logs of deliveries, driver hours, and load tickets.
- Collect, verify, and organize load tickets, scale tickets, and delivery receipts for billing accuracy.

Acting as a strategic partner rather than a traditional analyst, this role uses data-driven insights, business acumen, and influence to help identify opportunities for Erie Home’s Roofing Operations team to scale profitably.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Operational Finance & Decision Support
· Serve as a trusted finance business partner to regional and branch operations leaders, supporting day-to-day and strategic decision-making
· Assess and maintain standard costs to reflect changes in key cost inputs
· Analyze job-level, branch-level, and regional profitability, including labor, material, and overhead performance
· Develop and monitor KPIs related to margin, productivity, backlog, capacity utilization, and cost control
· Identify operational inefficiencies and margin improvement opportunities; quantify financial impact, and support execution
· Evaluate and optimize incentive compensation for operations team to drive performance and clarity
· Evaluate capital project and equipment investment requests, including vehicles, roofing equipment, facility improvements, and operational infrastructure

Reporting & Analysis

· Support strategic initiatives such as expansion, footprint optimization, and operational process improvements
· Contribute to standardization of financial and operational reporting
· Champion a culture of analytical excellence — teaching, influencing, and empowering leaders to use data strategically
· Share best practices, tools, and insights across the finance organization to elevate overall business intelligence maturity
Tools & Process Improvement
· Continuously evolve analytical methods, tools, and reporting to keep pace with Erie Home’s growth and market dynamics
· Help design and refine operational finance processes that scale with company growth
· Collaborate with IT partners to build tools and dashboards (Tableau, Salesforce, etc.) that elevate visibility and support real-time, data-driven management
Required Education and Experience:
· 4-7 years of progressive experience in FP&A or operations analytics, ideally within either a manufacturing or multi-site, direct-to-consumer or home improvement environment
· Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field
· Proficiency in NetSuite, Tableau, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint)
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, or Certifications:
· Strong strategic and financial acumen; able to connect numbers to business narratives and outcomes
· Familiarity with job-costing, labor productivity metrics, and margin analysis
· Proven ability to communicate financial insights clearly to non-finance partners
· Relentless curiosity with the ability to dig deep for answers and insights
· Proven change agent with the courage to challenge the status quo and drive improvement
· Demonstrated ability to work autonomously in an ambiguous environment, prioritizing effectively and delivering measurable impact
· Exceptional communication and storytelling skills — able to simplify complex insights for senior audiences
· Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable leading through shifting priorities and business dynamics
· Builds trust quickly through collaboration, transparency, and follow-through
