Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
Ensure that production standards are met by efficiently running the machines and equipment
Set up, operate, maintain equipment and tear down as instructed
Run product at line speed as scheduled by Production Supervisor
Maintain ongoing communication with Production Supervision, Quality Assurance, and Maintenance as it relates to equipment performance and down time
Follow safety procedures and checklist for startup, emergency stop, and restart of the lines after down time

Ability to mentor and supervise advanced practice providers

Provide comprehensive assessment, diagnostic work-up and clinic intervention, including comprehensive patient assessment, health history, physical examination, and patient education to Veterans in the Primary Care team setting; outpatient include both scheduled and unscheduled Veterans.
Function as an integral part of a Primary Care multi-disciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervises the day-to-day activities of a team of entry level individual contributors. Provides guidance, coaching, and support to ensure successful completion of tasks. Participates in HR activities such as hiring, terminations, performance management, goal setting, team member development, scheduling, etc. Enforces systems, policies, and procedures. - Participates in investigation of product failures and customer complaints. May provide recommended solution to management team.
