Job Description Summary:
This position provides general nursing care to patients and families along the health illness continuum in diverse health care settings while collaborating with the health care team. He/She is accountable for the practice of nursing as defined by the Ohio Board of Nursing.Responsibilities And Duties:

The Opportunity
- Seeking Board Eligible/Certified Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine physicians.
- Current OH state license, DEA, BLS, and ACLS are required.
- Must be comfortable with typical urgent care procedures including but not limited to: laceration repair, incision and drainage, toenail removal, etc.
The Practice
Memorial Urgent Care - Jerome – Plain City, Ohio
- Hours of operation are Mon-Fri 9am-9pm and weekends 9am-6pm.
- Single provider coverage.
- Some services available at the urgent care location will include point of care testing as well as x-ray services.
- If needed, we can refer patients to a primary care physician or specialist.
