Main Ingredients of the Job
Safely drive trucks to customers and meet scheduled customer delivery times
Carefully unload products from the trailer with a two-wheeler, pallet jack, or by hand and place in designated customer storage areas
Verify accuracy of delivery with customers and obtain proper signatures
Handle collections and payments from customers when applicable
Professionally perform customer service responsibilities to enhance our client experience
Perform all pre-trip and post-trip equipment inspection
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift/carry/push/pull 20 to 80+ lbs. of product repetitively during each shift required
Comfortable driving and working in inclement weather conditions with frequent stops (10+ per shift) required
What You Bring to the Table

Must be at least 21 years of age
Must have valid CDL Class A issued by the state of legal residence with necessary endorsements and DOT qualifications
Minimum of six months commercial driving experience (any industry) OR three months commercial driving experience in the food and/or beverage delivery industry required
Ability to operate manual transmission preferred; may be required in specific locations
Must be able to read and communicate in the English language - able to hold a conversation, to understand highway traffic signs and signals, to respond to official inquiries, and to enter information on reports and records.

Route Details:
Dedicated Country Fresh fleet is hiring experienced CDL-A drivers in your area! We’re looking for reliable, safety-focused drivers who take pride in providing exceptional service. Drivers on this fleet deliver temperature-sensitive freight from Blandon, PA, with 2-3 loads per week and 7-8 stops per load. Some loads will include occasional unloading. This fleet runs the Northeast region, including freight to PA to OH, KY, VA, NY, CT, MA, and ME. Drivers will have to drive overnight as all loads have night driving assigned to them. This position gets you home weekly for a 34-hour reset; reset days will vary. Drivers will need personal transportation to and from work.

Description:
The Director of Operations will oversee all production and facility operations at ALIGN Precision Philadelphia, ensuring seamless execution across precision machining, assembly, and cleanroom environments. This role will serve as the operational hub, coordinating with the Director of Planning & Delivery and Director of Quality to deliver on customer commitments while driving efficiency, safety, and culture. Reporting directly to the Site General Manager, the Director of Operations will translate strategic goals into daily execution and long-term capability building.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Production & Facilities
- Provide leadership to a staff of Production Supervisors and CNC Programmers.
- Lead machining, CNC programming, assembly, and cleanroom operations.
- In cooperation with the Director of Maintenance, oversee facilities management, equipment utilization, and preventive maintenance.
- Ensure Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost targets are consistently achieved.
- Develop the operations and capital equipment budget.
- Champion 5S workplace organization.
Scheduling & Capacity Planning
- Develop daily plans and execute production schedules against the master schedule.
- Cooperate with Planning and Delivery through the SIOP process providing inputs into capacity planning and modeling, aligning with the supply chain and customer demand.
- Partner with Planning and Delivery to balance inventory strategies with operational readiness.
- Collaborate with Quality and Engineering to embed process controls and ensure compliance.
Continuous Improvement
- Drive Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen initiatives across production areas working closely with Engineering.
- Implement systems for performance metrics, accountability, and operational transparency.
- Champion waste reduction, cycle time improvement, and productivity gains.
Culture & Leadership
- Build a culture of engagement, accountability, and innovation.
- Mentor supervisors and team leads, fostering psychological safety and high performance.
- Facilitate employee engagements and cross-functional collaboration to surface systemic themes.
Cross-Functional Alignment
- Act as the connective agent between Planning and Delivery, Quality, Engineering, Program Management and Business Development.
- Support business development by ensuring operational readiness of our expanded cleanroom and CNC automation for new verticals.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
- 10+ years of leadership experience in precision machining, semi-conductor, aerospace, medical devices, or advanced manufacturing.

- Strong background in Lean, Six Sigma, and operational excellence.

Metrology Specialist I

Summary:
- Manage equipment assets at multiple locations
- Gain a working knowledge of laboratory equipment to facilitate with troubleshooting and/or communicate with the vendor/ service engineer to identify resolutions
- Participate in computer system validation activities associated with new or upgraded equipment or software packages.
- Originate and progress Deviations and Change Control records
- Perform and document investigations and assist in developing and implementing CAPA plans
- Contribute to new SOP drafting, implementation, and revisions.
- Represent the laboratory on all aspects of laboratory equipment during audits.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements (cGMP), internal policies and procedures.
- Customer focused mindset with the ability to communicate adequately (verbally/writing) to all levels within the organization.
- Willingness and ability to quickly upskill in Merck Facilities/Instrument support programs SAP, ProCal, BAS, LAMP, Electronic Validation, and other document and/or asset repositories

- Support primarily the qualification/validation of computerized analytical systems as per current guidelines.
- Partner with the business unit in the laboratories, various quality support oversight, IT technical support, and various software and instrument vendors/manufacturers.
- Perform any required change control during the life cycle of a computerized system.
- Decommission systems as required as part of the equipment qualification/validation life cycle.
- Manage the capital purchasing and initial installation of computerized analytical systems prior to validation.
- Participate in various data integrity and lab modernization activities as required.
- Will possess direct experience operating analytical instrumentation within a pharmaceutical or equivalent laboratory (vaccine or large molecule focus).
- Will have the ability to thoroughly review and scrutinize validation requirements through the life cycle of the system.

About the Role
The Fulfilment Specialist supports internal and external customers by ensuring electronic devices are accurately picked, packed, and shipped to clinical trial sites worldwide. This role plays a critical part in maintaining inventory accuracy, meeting shipment timelines, and ensuring the highest quality standards in support of global clinical research programs.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams and courier vendors to ensure devices are prepared, documented, and delivered efficiently and securely.

- Manage inventory and ensure accurate device picking and reporting
