Duties will include:
- Places an introductory call to the client within the first 24 hours of receiving the case assignment. If the client is unavailable a message will be left on their voicemail and an email or text will follow.
- Assessing the completeness of the case documentation and obtains missing documentation, if required.
- Reviews documentation and accuracy of information with client.
- Sets client up with necessary medical treatment and/or ensures the client is treating through their own providers. –
Maintains client file with progress reports and claim status (while complying with established organizational guidelines).
- Answers all phone calls promptly, professionally, and using a friendly greeting.
- Serves as a liaison by communicating with adjusters and medical providers and lien holders.
- Helps in the process of finalizing the property damage and obtaining any rental or loss of use for the client.
-Scans documents related to the case into the client case system file, and sends any requests or liens via fax or email.
- In the event the client has med pay coverage and it is not in excess, submits reports and bills in order to obtain the limit amount.
- Communicates with the client on a regular basis about the case (at least twice a month), including updating the client on the claim process and associated timeframes and adds detailed notes.
- Updates case management system at every stage of the case, documenting all pertinent information and conversations.
- Timely files any governmental claims via certified and return receipt mail and requests a conformed copy of each claim filed.
- Calendars the "45 day from date the claim was mailed out" in the case management system.
- Assesses if additional treatment is needed and/or approved on each case.
-Reviews the police reports and medical records obtained by the Records Clerk. On Serious Injury Cases (SI), forwards these reports to the Team Attorney.
- For Serious Injury (SI)Cases: Follows up with Records Clerk in order to obtain the police report, establishes liability, requests the policy limits of the defendant, obtains the client declarations page, obtains any important evidence (i.e. PD photos, injury photos, videos, witness statements, etc.) –
For Pre-Procedure Evaluations: Drafts the PPE questionnaire, obtains the reports, bills and
estimated cost or each procedure, obtains the defendant's policy limits, runs and ISO on the
client, and provides all information to the Lead Attorney for their review. For surgery evaluations runs a Criminal Background Check (CBC).
-Contacts client to over the ISO and/or CBC with client to confirm the information and/or obtain any pre-ret treatment regarding any previous accidents. Adds a note regarding the ISO/CBC review.
-CM will obtain medical provider full contact information, prior attorney information and provide this to their respective RC for cases where there are pre-existing accidents as they will request the records.
- Consults and advises clients regarding loss wages claims and credit issues.
- Resolves problems. Consults with Pre-Lit Manager regarding claims process and special, unusual, or complex circumstances.
- As required and under the direction of an attorney, assists in the negotiation process for a
client's case (case by case)
- Seeks opportunities for clients to submit favorable online reviews about their experience with the firm.
- Maintains utmost professional standards towards the Firm and its clients.
- Achieves high customer satisfaction in the claims process.
- Other tasks as assigned.

Responsibilities
As an Aviation Electronics Technician (AT), you'll maintain, troubleshoot, repair and test complex electronic systems related to aviation on tactical jets, fixed wing aircraft or rotary winged helicopter systems. In this role, you can expect to work with systems including digital computers, fiber optics, infrared detection, radar, laser electronics, navigation, pressure indication, and electrical power generation and distribution. Additional responsibilities may include:
- Installing modifications to aircraft electronic systems
- Performing micro-miniature module repair on computer circuit cards
- Performing electrical diagnostics
- Reading electrical system diagrams
- Repairing and maintaining power generators and electric motors
- Performing scheduled maintenance and corrosion control
Work Environment
Sailors in this career field will perform duties at sea and ashore around the world. ATs can expect to work indoors and outdoors in land-based aircraft squadrons and aboard aircraft carriers. You may work in a shop environment, clean lab, airplane hangar or office environment.
Training & Advancement
Upon completion of initial training at Recruit Training Command Great Lakes(known as Boot Camp), you'll report for specialized training, including:
Class "A" Technical School (19 weeks) in Pensacola, FL, for training in basic aviation theory and technical knowledge, aviation electrical systems, and electrical and electronics theory and skills.
After you complete training, you may be assigned to a naval air station, squadron, aircraft carrier or other aviation facility. Promotion opportunities are regularly available but competitive and based on performance.
Advanced Training
Advanced training as an Aviation Electronics Technician may also be available during later stages of your career. For those with further leadership aspirations and a college degree, Officerroles may be available, providing opportunities to lead and train others.
Post-Service Opportunities
Specialized training received and work experience gained in the course of service can lead to valuable credentialing and occupational opportunities in related fields in the civilian world, such as employment with airlines or aircraft manufacturers.
Education Opportunities
Beyond offering access to professional credentials and certifications, Navy technical and operational training as an Aviation Electronics Technician can translate to credit hours toward a bachelor's or associate degree through the American Council on Education.

Qualifications & Requirements
A high-school diploma or equivalent is required to become an Enlisted Sailor and an Aviation Electronics Technician. You must also be a U.S. citizen eligible for security clearance.

You should be competent working with tools, equipment and machines to perform detailed precision work. Strong arithmetic, writing, speaking and academic study skills are also necessary. Part-Time Opportunities
Serving part-time as a Navy Reserve Sailor, your duties will be carried out during your scheduled drilling and training periods. During monthly drilling, Aviation Electronics Technicians in the Navy Reserve typically work at a location close to their homes.
For annual training, you may serve anywhere in the world, including locations in the U.S., at bases overseas, or in areas where humanitarian needs are great.

Responsibilities
The Boatswain's Mate (BM) has a rich history of honored traditions. As a BM, you will supervise the maintenance of your ship inside and out, in addition to a diverse roster of other responsibilities:
- Standing watch as lookout or Boatswain Mate of the Watch
- Repairing, maintaining and stowing equipment
- Training, directing and supervising ship's maintenance personnel
- Assisting as a search and rescue swimmer
- Operating sound-powered communication equipment
- Serving as a member of damage control, emergency and security alert teams
- Participating in Navy ceremonies
- Transferring supplies between ships while at sea
- Operating small boats, tugs, barges and other small craft
- Assisting with flight deck and amphibious operations
- Serving as flight deck crew during helicopter operations
- Supervising deck crew in cleaning, painting and maintaining the ship
- Directing boat crews in landing and rescue operations
- Teaching seamanship
Work Environment
Boatswain's Mates serve primarily on ships and can expect to travel the world over. Your responsibilities are performed mostly outdoors and you can expect work of a physical nature. You will not spend your entire career at sea, you may work in a variety of different environments when you're stationed on shore.
Training & Advancement
Upon completion of initial training at Recruit Training Command Great Lakes (known as Boot Camp), you'll report for specialized training, including:
Boatswain Mate "A" School (5 weeks) in Great Lakes, IL, for training in basic general safety, watch standing, deck seamanship, underway replenishment and preventive maintenance.

Performs Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) dispute resolution through pre-complaint counseling/processing and alternative dispute resolution (ADR) activities within any specified geographic areas.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Processes a pre-complaint caseload to ensure adherence to all Postal Service and EEOC rules, regulations and policies governing the Federal Sector EEO Complaint process. Ensures confidentiality in all matters.
2. Maintains knowledge of EEO laws, regulations, policy updates, and changes to provide guidance and direction to counselee and management.
3. Reviews written complaints and conducts interviews with counselee to explain his/her rights and responsibilities and options in the EEO process, determine claims and basis(es) raised, determines the appropriate ADR activity (e.g., mediation), and provides written notice of rights and responsibilities.
4. Conducts meetings with management to obtain response to claims raised and provides documentation and required information to process the case if a formal complaint is filed.
5. Takes actions to resolve disputes when appropriate by initiating settlement discussions, scheduling REDRESS mediations, 650 mediations, arranging joint meetings and/or determining if the matter is being addressed in the grievance process.
6. Prepares written reports to document that the required counseling actions were taken and to resolve any jurisdictional questions that arise.
7. Implements proactive preventive strategies to improve the workplace environment including conducting trainings, mediator observations and assessments; meeting with area and district leadership, and with union representatives.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Knowledge of statutes, regulations, and administrative procedures pertaining to equal employment opportunity (EEO) complaints and appeals handled by the Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB).
- Knowledge of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) techniques sufficient to monitor and evaluate contract ADR providers.
- Ability to communicate orally with internal and external personnel at all levels sufficient to, provide guidance on EEO issues, interact with contract ADR providers, and process discrimination complaints.
- Ability to communicate in writing sufficient to prepare correspondence, reports, action plans, write contract ADR provider evaluations, and document facts and issues presented during counseling and complaint processes.
- Ability to coordinate and schedule meetings for various contacts to ensure timely completion.
- TRAINING REQUIREMENT: Ability to successfully complete the postal training program associated with this position.

We are looking for a Corporate Paralegal to support the Legal team by providing research assistance, preparing legal documentation, and supporting litigation and corporate initiatives.
The Opportunity
The Corporate Paralegal will work closely with the General Counsel and legal team to support a wide range of corporate legal activities including litigation support, legal research, policy development, and contract preparation.

What You'll Do
- Provide legal support to the General Counsel in various aspects of corporate legal practice.
- Assist attorneys with litigation support and case management activities.
- Communicate with outside counsel regarding case developments and maintain updates to litigation logs and reserves data.
- Conduct legal research and analysis of regulations, legal articles, and judicial decisions.
- Prepare documentation supporting the development and implementation of corporate policies.
- Draft and assist in negotiating confidentiality agreements and other legal contracts.
- Collaborate with the Legal team on special projects and initiatives.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive legal matters.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the General Counsel.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Paralegal certificate required.
- Minimum 5+ years of related corporate paralegal experience or equivalent combination of education and training.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong ability to read and interpret legal contracts, policies, and correspondence.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work with attorneys, vendors, employees, and court staff.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
