Job Details Key responsibilities: Manage front‑office operations: phones, mail, filing, ordering supplies, and general administrative support.
Assist with basic accounting tasks: data entry, invoicing, tracking payables/receivables, and matching bills to purchase orders.
Help prepare and maintain job cost records and project documentation.
Support payroll preparation by collecting and entering time sheets accurately.
Maintain organized digital and physical records, ensuring documents are complete and up to date.
Coordinate with project managers, vendors, and clients to resolve billing or documentation questions.
What we’re looking for: Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numbers.
Comfortable with basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, and accounting software—training provided).

Set up welding equipment, adjust settings, and select appropriate wire, gas, and materials for each job.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols to determine project requirements.
Prepare materials for welding, including cutting, grinding, and fitting components.
Inspect completed welds for quality, strength, and adherence to specifications.
Maintain welding equipment, tools, and work area to ensure optimal operation and safety.
Follow all safety protocols, including the use of PPE and proper handling of welding equipment.
Work closely with other welders, fabricators, and supervisors to meet production schedules and deadlines.
Assist in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality within the department.
Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (technical training or welding certification preferred).
1–3 years of experience in MIG welding within a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
Strong knowledge of welding processes, materials, and safety practices.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols.
Proficiency in using hand tools, grinders, and measuring instruments.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
