Key Responsibilities


Corporate Governance

  • Manage and oversee the organization’s legal matters and governance functions.

Contracts & Contract Lifecycle Management

  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of agreements, including:
  • Client construction-related agreements

RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are working with a real estate company located in Rosemont and looking for a Property Associate.

This role supports the Property Manager with day-to-day operations, tenant relations, and administrative tasks while gaining hands-on experience in commercial property management.

Key Responsibilities: Accounts Payable: Upload and code invoices in P2P, ensure vendor compliance with submission guidelines, and coordinate payments when needed.

Work Orders & Maintenance: Dispatch and track work orders, coordinate vendor repairs, and follow up on tenant maintenance requests.

Tenant Relations: Respond to tenant inquiries, support property inspections and site visits, and coordinate utility transfers for move-ins and move-outs.

Vendor Management: Prepare service contracts, manage vendor setup in Yardi, ensure Certificates of Insurance compliance, and assist with vendor quotes.

Compliance & Reporting: Track compliance data in Yardi, maintain expense tracking, and keep tenant and vendor records up to date.

Administrative Support: Maintain electronic files, manage calls and mail, support office operations, and assist with special projects.
