Position Overview

cliexa is seeking a high-drive early-career professional who takes pride in being trusted with real responsibility early to join the company as a Business Development Associate supporting commercial growth, market research, and strategic initiatives.

In this role, you will support senior leaders by preparing the research, structure, and follow-through that allow complex commercial initiatives to move forward. You will help drive pipeline development, conduct market analysis, maintain CRM systems, and coordinate work across product, marketing, and leadership teams. The position sits at the intersection of business development, market intelligence, and operational execution.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales Support

·       Support senior commercial leaders in developing and managing enterprise healthcare sales opportunities.

·       Conduct research on health systems, provider organizations, and healthcare executives to support account targeting.

·       Prepare executive briefings and background materials for meetings with health systems and strategic partners.

·       Coordinate outreach, follow-up activities, and pipeline tracking across the sales funnel.

CRM & Sales Operations

·       Maintain and manage HubSpot CRM opportunity records and reporting.

·       Track pipeline progress, outreach activity, and campaign engagement.

·       Support development of dashboards and pipeline reporting used by leadership.

Market Intelligence & Strategic Research

·       Conduct structured research on healthcare markets, regulatory developments, and competitive positioning.

·       Identify potential customers, partners, and emerging market opportunities.

·       Prepare concise strategic briefs that inform commercial strategy.

Cross‑Functional Coordination

·       Coordinate closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams.

·       Capture customer insights and market signals that inform product and go‑to‑market strategy.

Events & Industry Engagement

·       Support preparation for conferences, executive meetings, and industry events.

·       Track leads generated through events and coordinate follow‑up activities.

Required Qualifications

·       Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, engineering, healthcare, public policy, or similarly rigorous discipline.

·       0–3 years of experience in consulting, research, business development, startup operations, or sales support.

Comp & Benefits

Salary Range: $50,000 – $60,000 annually.

This range reflects expected compensation for this early‑career role based on experience and demonstrated potential. This role prioritizes accelerated learning, responsibility, and exposure to executive decision‑making over early‑career compensation.

• Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program.

​​The Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) Registered Nurse delivers high-quality, patient-centered care to pediatric patients undergoing cardiovascular surgical procedures. This role requires specialized clinical expertise and a deep understanding of the unique needs of pediatric cardiac patients. The RN collaborates closely with cardiovascular surgeons, anesthesiologists, perfusionists, and the broader perioperative team to ensure safe, effective, and compassionate care throughout the surgical continuum. 

​Utilizing established nursing frameworks such as “Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage,” the RN provides individualized care that supports optimal surgical outcomes. Position Details: 

• Self/preferential scheduling posted four weeks in advance for you to have predictability in your schedule

What you will do in this role: 

• Evaluate patients prior to surgery 
• Provide patient and family education surrounding the procedure and peri-operative process
• Assume responsibility for patient preparation, including intravenous therapy, preoperative medications, and surgical site verification 
• Participate in surgical site verification, including briefing, time out, debriefing, and universal protocols, according to hospital policy 
• Recognize and respond to patient emergencies 
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care while managing evidence-based practices and continuous improvement initiatives 
• Be an integral member of a dynamic interdisciplinary team – consisting of the provider(s), surgeons, surgical technologists and more 
• Consistently apply the nursing process, critical thinking skills, scientific judgment, technical skills and leadership to independently deliver safe nursing care to patients
• Assess patient condition, monitor throughout your shift, and document changes in patient condition along with the care provided thoroughly 
• Educate patients and families/caregivers about the patient’s medical condition, treatment and follow-up measures 

What qualifications you will need: 

• Basic Cardiac Life Support required
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 60 days
• PALS Pediatric Adv Life Supt must be obtained within 60 days

Job Description:

A Legal Specialist provides legal support on various matters, including legal orders as it relates to garnishments, child support, tax liens in addition to on campus support.

1. Knowledge of legal regulations and compliance requirements

2. Experience with phone calls from clients/customers and reviewing legal documents

3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

4. Attention to detail and excellent communication skills

Preferred qualifications:

* We would like the candidates to have legal experience working in an attorney's office or court

* Effective communication skills

* Attention to detail

* Focused and able to time manage with minimal to no supervision

* Able to take initiatives
