As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for marketing and selling our cutting-edge enterprise health record solutions and services to C-suite, boards, physician and nurse leadership, and other senior healthcare leaders at health systems, independent hospitals, and ambulatory healthcare networks.
Ultimately operating under the direction of the Regional Sales Director and with a focus at the following levels: C-suite, Physician, Clinical Nursing, Financial leadership, Account Executives maintain close relationships with all key stakeholders, helping to foster and cultivate opportunities for selling and strengthening partnerships with MEDITECH. As a member of our Sales team, your job would involve:
- Selling MEDITECH's standard solutions and services; maintaining overall responsibility for successfully executing each phase of the sales cycle
- Maintaining primary deal design responsibility which includes the assessment of an opportunity to ensure a clear understanding of business needs, competitive landscape, decision-makers, and influencers in order to define an overall engagement strategy
- Nurturing the primary contact with existing MEDITECH customers under your assignment. Proactively engaging with C-suite and clinical leadership, monitoring organizational changes of any kind, communicating with senior MEDITECH leadership on account status and level of MEDITECH EHR satisfaction
- Creating and following the blueprint for successful C-suite customer engagement in terms of sales standard benchmarks including annual strategic presentation to sites, consistent alignment of goals, cultivation of relationships, and keen awareness around any organizational change or shifts in dynamics
- Developing and maintaining a comprehensive understanding of all MEDITECH solutions and services
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge and perspective on healthcare and technology industry issues and trends, specifically those which impact hospitals and health systems
- Maintaining active territory management and engagement to achieve assigned individual performance and bookings targets commensurate with division and regional goals
- Possessing a capacity to effectively deliver strategic MEDITECH presentations and overviews to senior-level audiences at customer and prospect organizations
- Ongoing utilization of Salesforce CRM solution to maintain accurate, timely, standardized account profiles and documented sales opportunities
- Ensuring the timely and accurate completion of responses to Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposal (RFPs)
- Attending approved trade shows and regularly scheduled internal sales meetings and educational sessions
- Coordinating, staging, and engaging in the effective demonstrations of MEDITECH software solutions
- Presenting high-level software solutions and executive-level presentations, as assigned, to key buyers of influence at an executive level (physicians, nursing/quality, financial solutions)
- Ensuring a consultative approach to selling at all times
- Meeting or exceeding required bookings quota for this position
- Covering assigned territories, and traveling 50% of the time
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required, along with 3-5 years of applicable direct sales or sales engineer experience
- Strong knowledge of MEDITECH and MEDITECH solutions preferred
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional presentation skills
- Proven track record of sales success in closing business, accompanied by a high degree of professionalism
- Strong customer engagement skills
- Ability to cultivate, nurture, and maintain strategic relationships with buying organizations
- Proven, consistent ability to deliver sales performance in bookings
- Proven ability to meet deadlines, targets, and booking goals as defined
- Passion for and understanding of healthcare industry initiatives and practices

Hiring salary range: $72,000 - $90,000 per year.
Actual salary will be determined based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.

The Opportunity
We’re seeking an accomplished strategic Key Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of 10 enterprise customers with a combined book of business worth $6–9 million USD ARR.
This is a strategic, relationship-led role focused on driving customer growth and satisfaction through upselling, cross-selling, and proactive account management. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders (CFOs, CIOs, Finance and Operations leaders) to identify new opportunities, ensure solution adoption, and deliver measurable business value.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of 10 high-value enterprise clients, including major banks, ensuring long-term success and revenue retention.
- Develop and execute tailored account growth plans to expand solution adoption and identify upsell / cross-sell opportunities.
- Maintain strong, trusted relationships with C-level and senior business leaders within client organizations.
- Act as the primary point of contact, coordinating cross-functional teams (Customer Success, Product, and Solutions Consulting) to deliver seamless client experiences.
- Monitor account health, renewal cycles, and satisfaction metrics to ensure high retention and continuous engagement.
- Negotiate renewals and expansions, achieving and exceeding individual and team revenue targets.

About You
- 5+ years of experience in Key Account Management or Customer Success within FinTech, SaaS, or enterprise software.
- Proven record of managing and expanding enterprise accounts worth $8M+ ARR.

This role will support the company’s public company reporting obligations, corporate governance processes, compliance initiatives, and contracting activities across the organization. Title and level will be determined based on experience and scope of responsibility.
This position is well-suited for a life sciences attorney who thrives in a fast-paced, clinical-stage biotech environment and enjoys partnering with cross-functional teams to provide practical legal guidance. The role requires strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to manage a broad range of legal matters in a growing organization.
The successful candidate will work closely with the General Counsel and senior leadership, partnering with teams across Finance, Investor Relations, Clinical Development, Regulatory, Technical Operations, and HR, and coordinating with external counsel as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Securities & Corporate Governance
- Assist in the preparation and review of SEC filings, including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, proxy statements, and Section 16 filings.
- Partner with Finance and Investor Relations to support the company’s disclosure processes, planning and drafting, including for earnings releases, investor presentations, and proxy materials.
- Monitor and advise on securities law compliance, including Nasdaq listing standards, Sarbanes-Oxley requirements, and insider trading policies.
- Provide legal support for capital markets transactions, including equity offerings and financings common in clinical-stage biotech companies.
- Support Board of Directors and committee governance activities, including preparation of board materials and maintenance of governance documentation.
- Provide legal guidance on corporate governance and regulatory requirements affecting the organization.
- Partner with HR and leadership on matters including equity plans and corporate policies.
Healthcare, Data Privacy, and Corporate Compliance
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and cross-functional teams on business and compliance strategies, establishing the Compliance function as an approachable, knowledgeable, practical, and solutions-oriented business partner.
- Assist with the development and maintenance of policies and procedures to support the company’s corporate governance initiatives, healthcare compliance programs, and privacy framework, including the company’s code of business conduct and ethics.
- Serve as the go-to internal lead for guidance concerning compliance-related regulations, including data protection, information security, GDPR, and HIPAA, and monitor changes in healthcare compliance and data protection requirements to operationalize “fit for purpose” program updates.
- Coordinate and support the company’s privacy program activities, including Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs), Records of Processing Activities (RoPAs), data mapping, maintenance of related documentation, and facilitation of data subject requests.
- Lead risk assessments to identify and prioritize compliance-related risks.
- Develop and deliver risk-based compliance training and guidance materials for employees across the company.
- Partner with the company’s Information Technology team to mitigate information security-related risks, including risks related to AI adoption, privacy matters, and cybersecurity incidents.
Contracting Matters
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of life sciences agreements, including:
- Clinical trial agreements
- CRO and vendor agreements
- Manufacturing and supply agreements
- Licensing and collaboration agreements
- Research and development agreements
- Technology and services agreements
- Serve as a legal partner to cross-functional teams including Clinical Development, Regulatory, Technical Operations, R&D, and G&A functions.
- Support negotiation of complex and high-impact agreements, liaise with our clinical research organizations (CROs) to manage all aspects of contracting processes for large scale clinical trials, and escalate strategic matters as appropriate.
- Contribute to the development of contract templates, playbooks, and contracting best practices to improve efficiency and consistency.
Cross-Functional Legal Support
- Partner with the General Counsel and legal team on a variety of matters affecting the organization.
- Provide legal support on issues arising throughout the drug development lifecycle, including regulatory, operational, and compliance considerations.
- Coordinate with external counsel and internal stakeholders to support key legal initiatives and transactions.
- Contribute to a collaborative, business-oriented legal function that supports the company’s mission and growth.
Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
- 6+ years of legal experience, including corporate securities, compliance, and/or commercial contracting experience at a top law firm and/or public life sciences company.
- Strong knowledge of SEC regulations, Sarbanes-Oxley, public company disclosure requirements, and stock exchange listing standards.
- Experience drafting and negotiating complex life sciences or other agreements, particularly those supporting clinical development and technical operations.
- Understanding of drug development lifecycle and regulatory environment impacting biotechnology companies.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, make decisions with incomplete information, and operate effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience supporting a clinical-stage biotechnology or pharmaceutical company.
- Familiarity with clinical development operations, CRO agreements, manufacturing agreements, and licensing transactions.
- Experience supporting public company reporting and governance processes.
- Experience working in a lean legal team environment with exposure to a broad range of legal matters.
- Demonstrated project management skills, including successful execution of complex projects with multiple stakeholders and utilization of soft skills to maximize team collaboration and effectiveness.

Compensation
Target Salary Range: $234,000 -$286,000
*Base Compensation for this role will depend on a number of factors including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience. Administrative Support Staff
Position Overview
Provide administrative support for the Women Who Empower Innovator Awards application cycle, ensuring smooth operations from call for applications through finalist selection. This role supports the Special Assistant and Project Manager of Alumni Relations and Annual Giving and works in partnership with the Executive Director of Women’s Entrepreneurship in managing a high-volume application process with attention to detail, accuracy, and adherence to established timelines.
Key Responsibilities – Application Cycle Management
Application Period (March-April)
- Monitor application submissions daily and track volume across award categories to ensure balanced representation
- Send application deadline reminder communications to prospective applicants
- Provide technical support to applicants experiencing issues with the online application portal
- Review incoming applications for completeness and flag missing required fields
Verification & Data Management (March – April)
- Conduct degree verification by cross-referencing applicant information with university records in ascend
- Coordinate with Registrar's office through designated liaison to verify discrepancies (minimum 2-week turnaround required)
- Verify and update applicant address information using ascend database
- Flag records with outdated or inconsistent information on tracking spreadsheets
- Follow up with individual applicants to collect missing application information after deadline
- Manage data extraction and organization for reader distribution
Reader & Judge Support (April – May)
- Maintain a record of readers and judges and properly code in data management platform
- Prepare and distribute application packets to readers, grouping applications by venture theme
- Compile and organize reader scorecards as they are returned
- Prepare semifinalist application materials for judge review
- Schedule and coordinate finalist presentation meetings
- Maintain confidential records of all evaluations and scores
(June-November)
- Administrative Support
- Maintain organized filing system for all application materials and evaluation documents
- Ensure adherence to established timeline and alert Executive Director of Women’s Entrepreneurship of potential delays
- Support communication with readers, judges, and applicants as needed
- Assist with preparation of final recommendations for approving authority
- Coordinate notification process for awardees and non-awardees by July 31 deadline
- Other duties as assigned to support the Advancement Division
Required Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies in data
- Proficiency with database systems (experience with ascend preferred)
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data management
- Experience with WordPress or similar content management systems
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and problem-solve
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Qualtrics or Canvas learning management systems
- Familiarity with university advancement or alumni relations operations
- Knowledge of entrepreneurship or innovation programming
- Previous experience supporting awards or scholarship programs
