This role is for a strategic, production leader who thrives on full accountability, operational excellence, and brand impact. You will also manage and grow the production team, guiding their development and ensuring smooth execution across bi-weekly collections and seasonal launches. With planning happening a year in advance, this role requires strong leadership, operational excellence, and the ability to own the end-to-end product lifecycle.
Product Planning & Production Calendar
- Lead all product planning and execution, including bi-weekly collections, seasonal core launches, and Friday Surprise & Delights.
- Maintain and drive the master production calendar, coordinating cross-functional deadlines, purchase orders, and inventory buys to guarantee timely launches.
- Manage the entire product journey—from initial ideation, concept development, and storyboarding to sample creation, approvals, production, and final launch.
- Oversee all production milestones—including collection moodboard, CAD creation, first sample, second sample, TOP and photoshoot samples—anticipating potential delays and multiple rounds required to achieve perfection.

The compensation for this position ranges from $20 to $26 hourly. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidate’s relevant skills and experience. ROLE OVERVIEW:
The PR & Social Media Manager plays a key role in shaping and amplifying LESET’s brand voice across social, press, and cultural touchpoints. This is a highly collaborative position for someone who is equal parts creative and operational. It is for someone who loves crafting thoughtful content, understands the power of storytelling, and takes pride in the details that bring a brand to life.
You’ll support day-to-day social media execution and PR operations while partnering closely with internal teams and external agencies to ensure LESET shows up consistently, intentionally, and beautifully across platforms. From managing content calendars and engaging with our community to coordinating press pulls, influencer gifting, and events, this role sits at the intersection of creativity, organization, and relationship-building.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Social
- Plan, create, and schedule content across social media platforms
- Maintain the social media calendar and support cross-functional content planning
- Write on-brand, engaging captions and ensure a consistent brand voice and messaging
- Provide support in community management
- Monitor social channels, respond to comments and messages, and engage with the community
- Assist with content calendars, campaign timelines, and approvals
- Source and organize UGC and influencer content
- Maintain an organized content and asset library
- Track performance and compile weekly and monthly social media reports
- Stay current on social trends, tools, and best practices
PR
- Assist with day-to-day PR needs, including sample trafficking, returns, and inventory tracking
- Coordinate press pulls and stylist requests in partnership with external PR agencies
- Maintain press contact lists, coverage trackers, and seasonal line sheets
- Support gifting initiatives and influencer seeding efforts
- Help prepare assets for press outreach including imagery, credits, and product details
- Manage Press email account
- Manage seasonal gifting target lists and facilitate said shipments
- Liaison with PR & Store teams for in store VIP / Influencer appointments
- Support event planning, launches, and influencer/partner collaborations
- Support basic photo/video coordination or asset sourcing as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in PR, social media, or communications (internships count)
- Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Calendar); experience with social or PR tools a plus (e.g., Dash Hudson, Launchmetrics, etc.)
- Basic understanding of media relations and digital analytics
- Highly organized, proactive, and eager to learn

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consulting Physical Therapist / RPT to join our dynamic healthcare team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert physical therapy services to patients, consulting with healthcare teams, and contributing to the development and implementation of innovative physical therapy programs. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a passion for promoting health and wellness, and a track record of clinical excellence.
Responsibilities:
1. Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to understand their physical therapy needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
2. Provide expert physical therapy services, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and education on physical health and wellness.
3. Consult with healthcare teams to provide insights and recommendations on physical therapy treatments and programs.
4. Develop and implement innovative physical therapy programs to improve patient outcomes and enhance service delivery.
