Description
This position builds the operator's skills and knowledge to efficiently perform and maintain the manufacturing processes vertical and horizontal multi-axis turning machines to produce precision aerospace components.
Responsibilities:
- Perform set up and operate vertical and horizontal multi-axis turning machinery as required with supervision.
- Use manual inspection equipment as required, e.g. height stands, micrometers, indicators, dial bores, verniers, etc.
- Work with aerospace materials such as aluminum, stainless steel, magnesium, titanium, and nickel alloys.
- Read/interpret operation sheets and work instructions.
- Adhere to established policies and company procedures and standard work.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives utilizing lean manufacturing tools and techniques.

Description
The Final Inspector position is primarily responsible for inspecting and recording dimensions of aerospace components per process sheets, Inspection reports, Blueprints and applicable specifications utilizing specified gages and methods to ensure the quality requirements are met prior to presenting the final aerospace component to the customers.
Responsibilities:
- Review all raw material and processing certifications IAW Customer and PO requirements.
- Utilize Material Release database to document quality review/activities.
- Visual and dimensional verification (inspection) to requirements utilizing: micrometers, calipers, bore gages, thread gages, and other inspection equipment as required.
- Review and acceptance of Travelers to assure all sign-off complete and revision levels are to Operation Book Requirements.
- Presentation of inspected/received parts to various customer representatives and the resolution to any customer questions or concerns.
- Initiation of Discrepancy Reports, internal and external for products not meeting drawing requirements.
- Perform tasks as assigned by Supervisor and/or Team Leader.

FUNCTION:
Set up, operate, troubleshoot and perform work on a variety of machinery. Be flexible, willing and capable of being trained on additional machines. Perform work at a consistently high level of quality. Be reliable in consistency of work and willingness to work outside of core area of expertise.
Position Requirements
TYPICAL DUTIES:
Must be capable & willing to set up operations that have previously been proven out independently without oversight of a leadman or CNC programmer.
Must be capable of running a minimum of two of the following machine types: 3 and 4 axis Horizontal and Vertical Machining Centers, 5 axis machining centers, Vertical Turret Lathes, Cylindrical Grinders, Mill/Turn machines, CNC boring machines, Horizontal lathes, manual machines.
Must be willing to perform work on machines throughout the shop, not only the machines that are within the person's core area of expertise. For example: must be willing to perform work on a Mitsubishi 4 axis machining center even when the person normally runs a Mazak 730 Variaxis.
Must be capable & willing to identify opportunities for improvement in tooling, cutting methods, mistake proofing & work instruction documentation.
Must possess a skill level that eliminates errors that cause nonconforming material and maintain a consistent level of high quality work. Identify non-conformances at time of occurrence. Recognize opportunities for non-conformances and notify management of need for action.
Actively participate in various aspects of Continuous Improvement projects which may include but is not limited to 5S, TPM, kaizen events, and set-up reduction events, which is aligned with the commitment to continuous improvement activities in Article II of the collective bargaining agreement.
Must work safely at all times. Participate in safety improvement initiatives by raising any safety concerns and helping to come up with corrective actions.

**$2500 SIGN-ON BONUS**
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Set-up and operate Horizontal and Vertical CNC Lathes with Fanuc controls according to engineering specifications, instructions, GD&T and operation sheets. Knowledge of manual machines is a plus.
- Select appropriate cutting tools, fixtures and tool holders for a given job.
- Run similar jobs of short cycle times for extended periods of time where manufacturing processes are stable and do not require frequent change.
- Read and interpret engineering instructions, travelers, and blueprints and be familiar with geometric tolerances and principles.
- Operate more than one machine at a time, one to two machines depending on the nature of the job and its complexity, occasionally operating more than two machines depending on operator skill and familiarity with a given job.
- Must perform routine maintenance on assigned production equipment, i.e., maintain cleanliness of work area and machinery, check machinery fluids and alert maintenance personnel and/or supervisor of malfunctions.
Operate lifting and handling equipment such as hand truck, pallet jack, or overhead hoist to maneuver in-process or finished components to desired location.

Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- Knowledgeable of in-process inspection techniques, standards, and requirements. Able to use and interpret precision measuring devices such as micrometers, verniers, and various hand tools, i.e., gauges to verify the accuracy of dimensional characteristics of components.
- Knowledge of metal characteristics in a production setting is desirable.
- Knowledge of programming code, canned cycles, threading & boring jaws and makes program edits.
- Machinists must have good verbal and written communication skills; good math skills and good interpersonal skills. Must work well with colleagues, supervision and management.
Education & Experience Required:
- 7 - 10 years Vertical or Horizontal CNC Lathe machining experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably aerospace.
- Fully capable of reading, understanding, and following written and oral work instructions in English.
- Ability to lift or transfer components or objects of no more than 50 pounds.

Client Organization Scope:
- $150m+ Revenue

- 80-85% of invoices are PO-related and require 3-way match

Accountability:
Owns execution of full-cycle Accounts Payable process. Prepares and processes all accounts payable according to terms, resolving any discrepancies between PO/Receiver/Invoice as needed with limited supervision. Corporate Credit Card reconciliation and follow up on delinquent submissions.
Duties/responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Must have experience in a Manufacturing environment
- Performs 3-way match of PO, receiver and invoices
- Contacts vendors as needed to request statements and resolve any issues or respond to their inquiries; Assists in resolution of complaints between vendor and customer
- Communicates with buyers on PO discrepancies
- Distributes non-PO invoices for approval
- Processes corporate purchasing credit cards
- Prepares weekly vendor payments by check and ACH; prepares Positive Pay and ACH files for uploading to bank site
- Controls check signatures and distribution to vendors
- Responsible for following up on outstanding "uncashed" checks
- Maintains W-9 documents for all vendors to accurately produce annual 1099s

Workign knowledge on VTL and Horizontal lathes. Troubleshoot machinery and programming issues to exceed production goals. Adjust offsets daily based on work orders and changing production needs. Monitor and adjust processes or equipment to improve quality and productivity.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in set up of CNC vertical and horizontal Lathes.

Description
The Production Planner will be responsible for the planning and scheduling of raw materials, jobs & operations (in house and outside) within an ERP environment and on the shop floor. This role will be responsible for ERP data integrity as well as the flow of the jobs throughout the manufacturing process.
Planner will also be required to achieve high level of customer product delivery (ship to commit) integrity while keeping minimum inventory level of finished goods and WIP.
Key responsibilities - other duties may be assigned:
- Monitor MRP signals (Material buys, job release dates, overdue/exception notices).
- Review MPS/MRP and customer's online portals for demand forecast while maintaining Min/Max levels.
- Review material and outside vendor (OSV) processing requirements.
- Create, release and maintain material requisitions and jobs to meet customer demand.
- Submit and track status of Material and OSV requisitions; confirm PO creation.
- Create and release work orders; maintain work order accuracy (Engineering Changes (ECs), process changes, reprints, etc.).
- Coordinate with production, engineering, sales, purchasing & shipping/receiving to expedite the flow of work orders.
- Monitor and take immediate reschedule action in case of customer demand changes (push-out or pull-ins).
- Audit and maintain ERP system inventory data for accuracy, including cycle count program.
- Work with operations team to analyze work center load/capacity and schedule work accordingly.
- Provide monthly/weekly delivery commitments and ensure 100% commit integrity.
- Monitor finished goods inventory, work in progress and reduce levels to satisfy the company's target metrics.
- Execute inventory transactions from issuance of material to creation of finished goods shippers.
- Achieve high level of customer Percent On Time Delivery (%OTD) performance and minimize overdue/past due orders.
- Participate in continuous improvement and cost saving initiatives.

Skills and qualifications:
- A proactive team player with a background in production planning/scheduling and inventory control in a capacity-constrained system.
- Prior machine shop planning experience preferred, but not required. Some manufacturing planning experience beyond simple assembly is required.
- Knowledge and experience of MRP/ERP and schedule control in a data-driven environment.
- Proficient in MRP (Epicor preferred but not required)
- Must possess excellent reasoning and communication skills.

Pay Starting at $25.00/Hour
Responsibilities:- Performing audits and inspections as directed by the Safety Department management
- Supporting and up-holding the mission, goals, and objectives of the Safety Department
- Providing quality basic life support care to include Basic Life Support (BLS) skills and Advanced Life Support (ALS) skills on patients in the pre-hospital setting as indicated by the MA Office of Emergency Medical Services regional and local treatment protocols, as observed or indicated on the BLS Patient Care Report
- Interacting with other EMS, Fire, and Police services as required to promote patient care and transportation
- Complying with departmental requirements regarding documentation, data input, and information handling
- Responding and assisting as directed in the Six Flags New England Emergency Response Guide
- Performing minor vehicle maintenance (fueling, fluid checks, air, washing, etc.) as required
- Enforcing all Six Flags New England policies
- Assisting in other areas of the Safety Department
- Performing other incidental and related duties as required and assigned
- Current Massachusetts EMT – Paramedic Certification
- Current Advanced Life Support card
- Current MA licensed driver without serious moving violations
- Ability to interact in a professional and positive manner with large groups of people
- Friendly, outgoing personality, and the ability to address guest concerns
- Current MA licensed driver without serious moving violations
- Willing to work in a high performance team environment
- Willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Able to meet the physical demands of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations, including walking long distances, standing for long periods of time, lifting, working at heights, etc.
- Able to communicate effectively in the English language, including the ability to read, speak, and understand the English language
- 18 years old or older

Pay Starting at $15.75/Hour
Responsibilities:- Talking with guests and addressing questions and concerns regarding park policies and procedures
- Resolving guest complaints in a friendly and professional manner
- Assisting guests with lost or misplaced season passes and operating the Six Flags Season Pass database
- Completing all required paperwork accurately
- Providing local area information and directions to guests
- Assisting with VIP Tours
- Enforcing all Six Flags New England policies
- Assisting in other areas of the Admissions department, including ticket taking, ticket selling, season pass processing, and toll operations
- Performing other incidental and related duties as required and assigned
- Strong written and verbal communication skill in English
- Analytical problem-solving skills

- Superior phone etiquette
- Ability to work independently with little supervision
- Proficiency in computer skills including but not limited to Microsoft Office Programs and ability to learn new computer systems quickly
