Job Summary
The Manufacturing Engineer in Northvale is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing production processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain quality. This person will be analyzing production data, managing production schedules, and developing new technologies. They will also ensure that products are manufactured effectively and meet quality standards. The Manufacturing Engineer will collaborate with their team and demonstrate ENNOVI’s values of accountability, teamwork, and integrity.
Main Responsibilities
- Improves manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning workflow, space requirements, and equipment layout.
- Analyzing and controlling manufacturing costs, including material, labor, and production costs.
- Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- Working with other engineers, designers, and production staff to achieve manufacturing goals.
- Developing and implementing quality control procedures to ensure products meet defined standards.
- Orchestrating all pre-launch build activities, including prototype, pilot, and validation runs, to ensure factory readiness and a "non-event" transition to full-volume production for the customer.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality, or related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years in Manufacturing Engineering
- Proven hands-on experience with injection molding and/or metal stamping is required.
- High-stakes Automotive industry experience is a major plus.
- A tactical ability to diagnose and neutralize complex technical issues on the production floor.

POSITION PURPOSE
As the Principal Packaging Engineer, you will serve as the enterprise-wide technical expert and strategic lead in FDA regulated packaging. The position leverage deep knowledge in packaging including but not limited to design, test methods, standards, and industry insights to create and deliver a pipeline of breakthrough innovations and overall organizational improvement.
You will operate with a high degree of autonomy, and lead with accountability projects from concept to commercialization. A proactive approach in identifying opportunity areas and a strong drive for results and overall organizational improvement is essential.
This role requires excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate across functions, influence stakeholders and ensure alignment with organizational goals. The Principal Engineer must take responsibility for technical mentorship and coaching, fostering technical growth and knowledge of junior engineers while strengthening the team’s technical capabilities. As a recognized expert, you will guide internal and external teams on the application of packaging standards (e.g., CCIT, ISO 11607, USP , USP , etc.), and represent the company in regulatory interactions, technical forums, and industry partnerships.
Success requires exceptional problem-solving skills, strategic influence, and proven ability to align cross-functional teams toward breakthrough innovation. This role is accountable for delivering measurable outcomes and ensuring that packaging innovations translate into tangible business impact.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES
Technical Leadership, Data Analysis and Interpretation
- Demonstrate strong ownership and leadership on technical strategies and problem solving while driving projects from concept to commercialization.
- Own the technical roadmap for packaging innovation and ensure alignment with business priorities.
- Take responsibility for the accuracy, integrity, and impact of technical data used to inform decisions.
- Design and direct meaningful and robust research projects or experiments both internally and externally through relationships with academic institutions and industry partners.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and foster collaborative research initiatives while mentoring, coaching and guiding junior engineers.

QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION
- Bachelor’s degree in Packaging, Mechanical Engineering, or related scientific discipline required. Advanced degree preferred.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- 8+ years of relevant experience in product development and R&D support, with a demonstrated track record of scientific and packaging development responsibilities.

In New York, the standard base pay range for a Full-Time role is $75,000 - $115,000 annually with an opportunity to earn more. Interpret and implement medical prescriptions for speech-language pathology services, ensuring appropriateness for the home care environment
Conduct thorough assessments in the patient's home using standardized tools to evaluate communication, cognitive-linguistic function, voice, fluency, and swallowing abilities
Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans that reflect both short- and long-term patient goals, with attention to the home environment and available resources
Adjust treatment strategies based on patient progress, caregiver input, and observed response to therapy, ensuring goals remain functional and achievable in the home setting
Document all assessments, interventions, patient progress, and caregiver interactions using electronic or paper records in compliance with agency policies and regulatory standards

In New York, the standard base pay range for a Full-Time role is $75,000 - $115,000 annually with an opportunity to earn more. Part-Time and FOX Flex (PRN) will be pro-rated.Provides physical therapy interventions to designated patients under the supervision of a Physical Therapist (PT). Assists in monitoring patient progress through observations and follows up with supervising therapist. Works under PT supervision as required under NY State Education law.
• Follows established physical therapy plan of care, including physical therapy interventions and patient/caregiver education. Modifies specific treatment procedures in accordance with PT plan of care and Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) scope of practice. • Documents all care provided and maintain records per VNS Health policy and standards. • Assists in monitoring patient progress through observation and follows up with Supervising Therapist in accordance with VNSNY policy. • Complies with scope of practice for PTA, including a co-visit with Physical Therapist on all initial PTA visits and keeps PT informed. PT will re-assess patient every 6 visits or 30 days (whichever comes first). • Manages assigned caseload; provides physical therapy services to patients as directed per PT plan of care. • Participates in VNS Health meetings, including but not limited to, interdisciplinary team meetings, in-service and training programs, rehab services meetings and caseload reviews. • Travels to patients' homes and/or other facilities with varying environments (e.g., elevated buildings, walk-ups, care facilities, single/multiple family homes, presence of pets, etc.) using approved transportation options to deliver direct care to the patient. • Assists patients with therapeutic interventions and activities of daily living, which may require positioning, moving, transferring and lifting patients of varying body sizes and physical conditions, with and without assistance and as appropriate, instructing, demonstrating and verifying capabilities of family members and/or paraprofessionals. In this role, you will perform comprehensive patient assessments, develop individualized care plans, and collaborate with providers and care teams to ensure members receive appropriate, cost-effective care.
The RN Case Manager plays a key role in supporting patient transitions, coordinating services, and advocating for patient needs while ensuring compliance with treatment plans and promoting positive health outcomes.
Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive assessments of high-risk patients to evaluate clinical and social care needs.
Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with primary care providers and healthcare teams.
Coordinate care transitions between providers, facilities, and community resources.
Collaborate with physicians, social workers, discharge planners, and claims professionals to ensure appropriate levels of care.
Identify and coordinate non-medical support services such as housing or transportation to support treatment compliance.
Engage specialty resources and community services as needed to improve patient outcomes.
Maintain detailed documentation of clinical, functional, and financial outcomes throughout the case management process.
Identify opportunities for health promotion and illness prevention.
Prevent adverse patient events whenever possible and intervene quickly to minimize negative outcomes.
Performance Expectations Case management benchmark of 30 cases per week (Monday-Friday).
Required Qualifications Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or related field.
Experience with Home Care Home Base (HCHB), PointCare, or PointClickCare systems.
Case Management Certification preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Teams and other technology platforms.
