Position Purpose: Customer Service/Sales associates provide fast, friendly service by actively seeking out customers to assess their needs and provide assistance. These associates learn about products using our tools, and provide information to customers in order to sell an entire project. Associates in this position will learn how to greet, qualify, recommend and close every customer in their department, and know how to handle basics in adjacent departments. Customer Service/Sales associates maintain the in-stock condition of assigned areas, and ensure it is clean, shop-able, and safe. • Fabricate mechanical parts using CNC & Manual mill, CNC & manual lathe, and other metal working equipment.
  
• Rework of parts tooling, molds, and fixturing.

4. Representation in Family and Probate Hearings for SIJS

• Represent clients in California Family and Probate Courts for Special Immigrant Juvenile Status (SIJS) matters involving minors who have been abandoned, neglected, or abused.

5. Additional Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive legal research and draft motions, briefs, and appeals to support litigation strategies in all practice areas.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on case progress and offering compassionate, clear guidance through their legal challenges.

Qualifications:
