Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of paid social campaigns across platforms (e.g., Meta, TikTok, Google, and emerging channels).

  • Partner with Data Science and Product teams to develop integrated audience segmentation, creative generation, bidding optimization, and campaign automation.

Job Overview:

The Bilingual CSR will support customers by handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting with enrollment-related transactions, and providing accurate information regarding program services, policies, and procedures. Job Functions:

  • Respond to inbound 800-line calls and complete outbound support calls.
