Office Coordinators handle the routine office work and administrative responsibilities of the community. They are also responsible for assisting with planning and coordinating community events and activities.

• Greets and establishes rapport with guests, current and prospective residents. Fields community comments, suggestions and complaints to the Community Manager.
• Prepares and distributes resident and community communications such as rule reminders, violation notices, rent increase letters, delinquency notices, eviction paperwork, lease addendums and renewals.
• Collects and posts resident security deposits, processing fees, rent, inspection, application or other miscellaneous fees in Yardi; records in the proper accounts and issues receipts.
• Completes and reconciles community reports in accordance with monthly calendar, including accounting reports, community traffic reports, and community activity reports. Maintains records and files in accordance with the Operations Manual.
• Performs general administrative functions such as answering phones, typing, copying, faxing, and filing.
• Reviews and codes invoices and statements for Community Manager approval.
• Schedules clubhouse rentals and processes rental fees.
• Ensures office supplies are sufficiently stocked and prepares supply orders as needed.
• Makes collection calls for site rental payments as directed by the Community Manager. Submits bad debt files to collections.
• Processes resident move-ins and move-outs in accordance with the Operations Manual.
• Assists with planning and coordinating resident relations events and activities within the community.
• Assists with the preparation of marketing materials, including brochures and flyers that pertain to homes for sale (new, pre-owned and brokered homes), community events, and other community-related information as directed by the Community Manager.
• Refers all sales prospects to the Community Manager and enters prospect information into Yardi in a timely manner.
• Assists prospective residents by checking the status of Sun Homes inventory. Reviews new and pre-owned home listings, shows homes to prospective residents, and assists with rental applications at the discretion of the Community Manager.
• Forwards Sun Homes customer service requests to the Community Manager in a timely fashion.
• Completes new move-in incentive requests for non-Sun Homes deals.
• Coordinates with the Underwriting team at the Main Office to obtain approvals on prospective resident applicants; tracks all approvals and denials.
• Maintains the petty cash fund, ensuring to record expenditures in the proper accounts.
• Prepares bank deposit slips and deposit funds as required; makes daily bank runs as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

POSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES

As part of the Baby Bexar Healthy Families Community-Based Perinatal Health Initiative, this position will serve as liaison between health system providers and community based resources in order to improve maternal health outcomes for University Health patients. This position will work with a clinical care team and a team of social service agencies to assist and guide patients through prenatal, delivery and postpartum services. This position will provide screening services, education, support, and patient care coordination. Essential Job Functions:

3. Collects and analyzes arterial blood gases and is able to recognize normal, abnormal and critical values and able to provide appropriate corrective intervention.

Job Responsibilities

To perform this job satisfactorily, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty.

• Responsible for all aspects of payroll administration for a defined group of employees, including data entry, reconciliations, tax statuses and adjustments.
• Execute weekly payroll preparation and distribution of the organization's multi-state payroll in accordance with regulations and company policy, using UKG Ready.
• Coordinate the timely and accurate periodic, quarterly and year-end tax filings with third party vendor, including T-4s.
• Receive, enter, answer, and maintain (including filing) garnishments in accordance with federal and state requirements.
• Process VOE (Verification of Employment).
• Review/Approve employee self-service changes via UKG Ready.
• Reconciles general ledger accounts.
• Commission payment calculations.
• Coordinate annual W-2 processing.
• Create and run reports using UKG Ready and BI Reports.
• Stay abreast of current payroll laws and changes and ensure processes and policies follow these rules.
• Support ERP and technology upgrade projects related to payroll as required.
• Perform ad hoc analysis.

Job Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working as a Payroll Admin/Analyst or related
• Must possess a solid understanding of multi-state payroll practices
• Proven track record of excellent customer service
• Strong time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Report writing skills preferred, but not required
• PC proficiency (specifically Microsoft applications) required
• Self-directed and motivated to success and exceed expectations
• High school diploma or equivalent – college degree preferred

What We’re Looking For:

• DDS/DMD Degree: A doctor with at least 2 years experience, that possess a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree, along with an active and unrestricted license in the state of Texas.

• Minimum of six (6) months of clinical experience as a licensed Registered Nurse
• Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Texas or Multi-State Compact License (Employees with RN Compact License are required to obtain Texas RN License within 60 days of hire date)
• Current American Heart Association BLS Certification
