At Design Tech Homes, we don’t sell inventory, we guide buyers through designing and building fully custom homes. This consultative role requires urgency, strong pipeline management, and the ability to move clients from first meeting to signed contract without losing traction.

You’ll own your pipeline and be accountable for outcomes. Our VisionBuilt™ immersive design technology gives you a competitive advantage, but your responsiveness, follow-through, and ability to drive decisions forward determine your success.

Compensation:

Uncapped commission structure with strong six-figure earning potential for high performers. Income scales directly with performance, and momentum matters.

Location & Hours

This position supports build-on-your-lot homebuyers throughout the Houston MSA, at our model homes located in either New Waverly or Willis, Texas. The schedule provides two days off during the week and requires weekends and select holidays.
