Assembler

Pay Rate: $21.00/hr Summary: Location: Torrance, CA Shift: 1st Shift, Monday – Friday, 6:00am – 2:30pm Role: Assembler II in the Electrical division Environment: Team-based, accountable to the production supervisor Responsibilities: Perform electronic assembly and repair of Surface Mount and Through-hole components, including soldering and de-soldering Utilize measuring equipment, test equipment, and hand tools such as air drivers, screwdrivers, wrenches, and presses Read and interpret drawings and blueprints Contribute to maintaining a safe and clean work environment Support continuous improvement initiatives for quality, productivity, and growth Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution Must reside within 50 miles of Torrance, CA Authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship Required Skills: Basic computer skills Basic math skills Ability to read and understand work instructions and drawings Finger dexterity and ability to handle small or intricate components Ability to lift up to 10 pounds frequently and up to 25 pounds occasionally Preferred Skills: Ability to read and understand schematics and manufacturing drawings 1-2 years of hand soldering experience Previous experience in electronics manufacturing Benefits: Work in a dynamic and supportive team environment Opportunity to contribute to a company dedicated to improving lives and the environment with reliable, efficient, safe, and sustainable power management technologies
