This role is ideal for a finance professional with a strong foundation in accounting, public accounting experience (audit & assurance), and ideally, exposure to the manufacturing industry. The position will be 80% focused on financial analysis and business partnering with operational leaders across business segments, and 20% on accounting responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:

- 5–7+ years of progressive experience processing payroll in a high volume, multi-state/international environment to include at least 2 years of supervisory experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, and payroll systems (Workday preferred).
- In-depth knowledge of payroll tax regulations, wage and hour laws, and compliance requirements.
- Ability to exercise discretion, judgment, and confidentiality.

Maintains responsibility for own professional development through active participation in in-services and/or continuing medical education programs.

Minimum of High school graduate or equivalent; in house training and completion of Ultrasound Technologist Workshop will serve as an equivalent for those grandfathered to test for CCI or ARDMS registry.
TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE: Minimum 1 year experience in Cardiac Ultrasound preferred.
Registry by one of the following is required: Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) through Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) or Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) through American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS).

What you’ll do as a caregiver
- Foster relationships with clients through companionship and compassionate caregiving.
- Assist with meal preparation and perform light housekeeping duties.
- Provide personal care services, including assistance with grooming, bathing, restroom use, and managing incontinence.

Requirements
- Minimum of three professional references
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Willing and able to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s) to provide consistent care and build strong relationships
- Have basic English speaking, reading, and writing abilities (Bilingual or multilingual individuals are encouraged to apply)
- Complete any necessary compliance, license, or registration requirements
