Summary
The Simulation Education Specialist supports the design, implementation, and evaluation of simulation-based and skills-based learning experiences within the School of Nursing. This position collaborates with faculty and simulation staff to deliver high-quality, evidence-based simulation and skills training that promotes clinical reasoning, psychomotor competency, and safe patient care. The specialist ensures all simulation and skills activities align with course objectives, accreditation standards, and current best practices in nursing education.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Simulation Design and Facilitation
- Collaborate with faculty and content experts to design, plan, and implement simulation- and clinical skills learning experiences aligned with program and course outcomes.
- Teach, demonstrate, and evaluate nursing skills and procedures in the skills laboratory and simulation environments using evidence-based techniques.
- Develop realistic clinical and procedural scenarios that integrate core nursing skills, professional standards, and safety competencies.
- Facilitate pre-briefings, simulation sessions, and structured debriefings using established frameworks (e.g., INACSL Standards, NLN Jeffries Simulation Theory).
- Adapt simulations to accommodate diverse learners and clinical contexts.
- Provide direct instruction and remediation for students in foundational and advanced psychomotor nursing skills.
- Maintain a supportive and psychologically safe learning environment that encourages student engagement and self-reflection.
- Partner with course coordinators to ensure simulation and skills activities are intentionally integrated throughout the nursing curriculum.
- Assess student performance in both simulation and skills competencies, providing timely, constructive feedback to support growth.
- Collaborate in the development and use of rubrics, checklists, and objective structured clinical examinations (OSCEs) for skill assessment.

Faculty and Staff Development
- Provide training and mentorship to faculty and staff in simulation pedagogy, debriefing techniques, skills lab evaluation techniques, and equipment use.
- Promote consistent application of best practices in simulation and skills-based nursing education.
- Collaborate with simulation technologists to ensure proper setup, operation, and maintenance of manikins, task trainers, and audiovisual systems.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; Master's degree in Nursing preferred.
- Current, unencumbered RN license.
- Minimum of three years of recent clinical nursing experience.

- Strong understanding of simulation pedagogy, clinical competency assessment, and debriefing methods.
- Certification as a Certified Healthcare Simulation Educator (CHSE) or eligibility within one year of hire.

Our well-established practice includes 4 dentists (1 part-time on Fridays) and 7 hygienists, with a collaborative, clinically aligned team of 3 associates. Position Overview
We are seeking two Registered Dental Hygienists (RDH) to join our team. This role is perfect for both experienced professionals and new graduates looking for a supportive, flexible environment. You will play a critical role in delivering exceptional clinical care and ensuring a positive patient experience.
Schedule:
- Mondays (long day): 7:00am – 8:00pm
- Fridays: standard day
- Every other Saturday

Key Responsibilities
- Review patient charts and medical history prior to treatment
- Greet and engage patients, explain procedures, and answer questions
- Provide clinical hygiene care including screenings, record gathering, and patient education on oral health and treatment plans

- Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with clinical standards
- Follow infection control protocols, maintain operatory cleanliness, and ensure proper instrument sterilization
- Participate in paid CE training to expand skills and knowledge

Position Summary
The Director of People Analytics & Artificial Intelligence will build and lead TAG’s next generation people insights and AI strategy. Reporting directly to the CHRO, this role will transform how we use workforce data, predictive analytics, and artificial intelligence to drive business performance across our multi-brand healthcare organization.
This leader will own the vision, strategy, governance, and execution of people analytics and AI initiatives delivering actionable insights, enabling data-driven decision-making, and deploying intelligent automation that improves workforce productivity, engagement, and outcomes. This is a high-impact, enterprise-level role at the intersection of HR, technology, and business strategy.
Key Responsibilities
People Analytics Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute TAG’s enterprise people analytics roadmap aligned to business strategy.
- Build predictive and prescriptive models to support workforce planning, attrition risk, labor optimization, recruiting effectiveness, productivity, and engagement.
- Create executive dashboards, brand dashboards, and board ready analytics tied to business KPIs (talent acquisition metrics, retention, predictive analytics, labor efficiency, etc.)
- Partner with Finance, Operations, IT, and Brand HR leaders to embed analytics into decision-making.
Artificial Intelligence in HR
- Lead the development and governance of AI-enabled HR solutions (e.g., intelligent recruiting tools, workforce planning models, employee self-service agents, automated case management, talent insights).
- Identify and pilot emerging AI use cases across the employee lifecycle.
- Ensure responsible AI practices, compliance, and ethical guardrails.
- Partner with IT and Legal on data security, governance, and regulatory alignment.
Workforce Intelligence & Predictive Modeling
- Build predictive models for turnover, provider productivity, staffing demand, and succession risk.
- Develop scenario planning capabilities for multi-brand workforce strategies.
- Deliver labor optimization insights across clinical and support functions.
- Support M&A integration analytics and due diligence workforce modeling.
Data Infrastructure & Governance
- Oversee HR data architecture in partnership with HRIS and IT.
- Establish enterprise data definitions, integrity standards, and governance processes.
- Ensure seamless integration between Workday and other enterprise systems.
- Improve reporting automation and reduce manual reporting processes.
Team Leadership
- Build and lead a high-performing People Analytics and AI team.
- Lead center of excellence model supporting all brands across TAG.
- Develop internal capabilities in data literacy across HR leadership.
Executive Partnership
- Serve as a strategic advisor to the CHRO and the People Leadership Team
- Present insights to senior leadership and private equity stakeholders as needed
- Translate complex data into compelling business narratives.
Qualifications
Required
- 8–12+ years of experience in people analytics, workforce strategy, data science, or HR technology.
- Experience leading analytics strategy in a complex, multi-unit or healthcare environment preferred.
- Strong expertise in predictive modeling, workforce analytics, and AI applications.
- Experience with Workday and enterprise HR systems.
- Demonstrated ability to influence executive stakeholders.
- Proven team leadership experience.
Preferred
- Background in healthcare, retail healthcare, dental, medical, or multi-site services.
- Experience in a private equity-backed organization.
- Advanced degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, HR, or related field.
- Familiarity with Python, R, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.

Role Overview
We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will oversee end-to-end delivery of software and platform initiatives across AR/VR surgical planning products. You will partner closely with engineering, product management, QA, and clinical stakeholders to ensure successful execution of software features, platform enhancements, and customer deployments. While some projects involve integrating ImmersiveTouch solutions into hospital environments, the position spans a broader range of software project management responsibilities including planning, execution, release coordination, and cross-team alignment.
Responsibilities
Software Project Management
- Lead end-to-end management of software development projects, including new features, platform enhancements, and customer driven initiatives.
- Define project scope, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and resourcing in alignment with product and engineering leads.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, standups, backlog reviews, and release readiness discussions.
- Track progress, identify risks, and drive cross-team alignment to ensure on-time delivery.
- Communicate project updates, timelines, and changes to leadership and stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Partner with product managers to clarify requirements, priorities, and acceptance criteria.
- Coordinate closely with software engineers, designers, and QA engineers to keep work flowing smoothly.
- Manage collaboration and communication between local and overseas teams.
Technical Coordination & Integration
- Coordinate integration of software modules developed by external partners or third-party vendors into the ImmersiveTouch platform.
- Ensure technical requirements, interface specifications, and integration timelines are understood across participating teams.
- Support internal engineering with organization of API, data exchange, and workflow interactions between modules.
- Assist with technical deployment tasks when solutions are delivered to hospital or enterprise environments, involving occasional collaboration with client IT teams.
- Track and facilitate resolution of integration-related issues through appropriate engineering teams.
Operational & Process Improvement
- Maintain clear project documentation, schedules, and workflows.
- Recommend improvements to project management processes, team communication practices, and tooling.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or related technical field.
- 3+ years of experience in technical project management with a focus on system integration.
