Job Summary:
The Learning Experience Specialist for TAG University is part of the Learning Delivery & Experience team and responsible for organizing and coordinating the delivery of learning programs, both live and virtual, to ensure the learner experience is outstanding and impactful from beginning to end.

Essential Responsibilities
- Plan and execute end-to-end learning events—in-person and virtual—ensuring a seamless, outstanding learner experience from pre-event preparation through program close.
- Serve as the primary learner-facing presence throughout in-person programs, creating a welcoming environment and delivering attentive support that prioritizes participant accessibility and engagement.
- Prepare event logistics, including printed materials, swag, room configurations, and program-specific setup, ensuring every detail is thoughtfully anticipated and flawlessly executed.

- Cultivate and maintain cross-functional partnerships with Events, Facilities, IT, and key business partners to co-create and deliver cohesive, exceptional learning experiences.
- Partner with the Manager, TAG U Campuses before, during, and after learning events to ensure all spaces are on-brand, fully prepared, and reset between sessions to consistently uphold learner experience standards.
- Support and operate learning technology for in-person and virtual sessions; train and coach L&D team members and business partners on relevant platforms to ensure consistent, capable delivery.
- Maintain accurate learning records in the Learning Management System, including completion tracking and CE credit submission.
- Flex into expanded coordination and learner support responsibilities during high-volume periods, and contribute to change management efforts by providing program coordination as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
- 12+ years of progressive experience in commercial construction, with 8+ years experience delivering healthcare projects.
- Proven track record managing complex healthcare facilities valued at $50M+ from preconstruction through closeout.
- Strong understanding of healthcare construction requirements, including regulatory compliance, permitting, safety, and infection control protocols.
- Demonstrated ability to lead large, multidisciplinary project teams across multiple geographic areas.
- Advanced knowledge of contracts, procurement strategies, scheduling, and construction financial management.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead executive-level discussions and maintain strong client relationships.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. Advanced certifications such as PMP, CCM, or LEED are preferred.

Position Overview
Toro Construction Corp is seeking an experienced and hands-on Superintendent to oversee field operations for a variety of general contracting projects. As the on-site leader, the Superintendent will ensure construction is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role is vital to the successful delivery of projects and serves as the key liaison between field teams, subcontractors, and project management.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day on-site operations on construction projects from mobilization to closeout.
- Coordinate and supervise all field personnel, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Enforce project schedules, ensuring work is completed on time and according to plans and specifications.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite in compliance with OSHA and Toro Construction safety policies.
- Conduct daily field reports, safety meetings, and progress meetings with subcontractors and/or owners.
- Identify, mitigate, and resolve jobsite challenges as they arise.
- Collaborate closely with the Project Manager on sequencing, changes, materials, and manpower requirements.
- Review and understand drawings, specifications, and submittals to ensure work is completed correctly.
- Ensure quality control by inspecting work and proactively addressing deficiencies.
- Maintain good relationships with clients, inspectors, architects, and engineers.
- Monitor material deliveries and ensure tools/equipment are available and properly maintained.

Qualifications
- Minimum 5–10 years of field supervisory experience in general contracting (commercial or public work preferred).
- Strong understanding of all phases of construction, with hands-on knowledge of multiple trades.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and schedules.
- Proven track record of maintaining safe, efficient, and high-quality jobsites.
- Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
- Working knowledge of construction software including Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project.
- OSHA 30 certification required; CPR/First Aid a plus.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
