Job Description:

Our client is looking for a strategic, high-energy, and detail-oriented Program Manager to lead the execution of marketing initiatives across Walmart Marketplace. This individual will serve as the operational bridge between the Seller Events, Communication and Marketing (ECM) team, the Creative Studio, and key business partners, ensuring every brand touchpoint is executed with precision and high impact. What You’ll Do

  • Bridge the Gap: Act as the primary liaison between Strategists, business partners, channel partners, and the internal creative studio to facilitate design and production of digital and copy marketing assets.
  • Manage Complex Deliverables: Digest technical program specifications and translate them into actionable creative briefs, hitting the ground running even with last-minute requirements.
  • Drive Process Migration: Support the team's transition from Jira/Asana to Airtable, helping to streamline workflows and improve project visibility during the migration.

Prepare, inspect, and manage surgical instruments and equipment to ensure safe, efficient procedures.

Support smooth surgical operations through effective communication with physicians, circulators, and team members.

Demonstrate strong technical skills in assembling, operating, and maintaining routine and specialty surgical equipment.

Contribute to an efficient surgical environment by optimizing workflow, conserving resources, and proactively assisting with room turnover and case preparation.

Qualifications: Education : High-School Diploma or GED are required.

This is a certified technologist (CST) position.

The Completion of a Surgical Technologist Program per the National Board of Surgical Technology is required.

Maintain certification without gaps.

You may be asked to provide proof of education.

Certifications : American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) and Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification required.

Experience : New graduate up to experienced surgical technologist experience.
